She has always been courteous and proficient in give assistance to us. No matter what, she always takes the time to assist. I have only been working with MultChax for the past 5 years, and I don't know where I would be if Vanessa ever left. John Cinco and the Chax support team… John Cinco and the Chax support team has been fantastic to work with. My computer recently suffered a reboot and several programs stopped working properly. The Chax support team was able to call and remote in to my computer to fix the problem quickly and provided information as to what they were doing along the way.
