No support during weekend while having issues Today I could not see my account value and transfer money since both mobile app and website are having issues. From this morning till afternoon no change and no support during weekends. Definitely will not stay with this new bank for long

I highly recommend Spiral! I recently started banking with Spiral and I love being able to easily donate to causes I care about and have it all in one app. It makes it easy to track and their customer service is super helpful and quick to respond. Very tricky company Very tricky company. Read carefully. If it's too good to be true, it probably is. Do not put stock in what they say upfront. They make it seem like you make a deposit and spend that amount but there's a specific way you have to spend it and they're not open about it. Their charitable fund option is also tricky. It's just like any other bank that needs governmental funding and doesn't want to help its customers. Sad. I was looking forward to banking with them. But I refuse to bank with scam artists.

All donations in one place! I recently opened a bank account with Spiral in order to keep and make all of my donations from one place. Spiral provides easy to use checking and savings products while having some of the biggest features in the market today such as: round up of my debit purchases to my giving account, automatic goal-based savings and early pay day. Love it!!

Spiral is an amazing bank! I use Spiral as my primary bank and they're great. Their customer service team is outstanding, and respond right away. Their banking product is great, I really like being able to see in depth details on all my transactions and it's super easy to move money between my checking and savings accounts. I'm also really impressed with how the app looks, and it functions really well. What initially drew me in was the ability to donate to charities I care about. With this app, I can donate to causes that are important to me directly from my bank. Super cool!
