GBA great way to give back! I recently opened a Spiral account and I truly love the concept of this banking platform! I always thought that making charitable donations was something I needed a checkbook and thousands of dollars for, but Spiral completely changed the way I donate. Because Spiral allocates a small percentage of my deposits to the Giving account, I realize how much "spare change" I have to spare. This has helped me to already donate $50 in a short amount of time to the causes I care most about (no checkbook needed!!) And the cooler part? Spiral matched my donations up to $20. I am so glad I made the switch to Spiral!

GBNo support during weekend while having issues Today I could not see my account value and transfer money since both mobile app and website are having issues. From this morning till afternoon no change and no support during weekends. Definitely will not stay with this new bank for long

GBGreat concept!! This is an amazing concept, and I love how easy is to donate to great causes. It allows me to start a savings account and round up for the charities I care about. And the plus? The app is really intuitive and easy to use.

GBI downloaded the Spiral app because my… I downloaded the Spiral app because my son recommended it. I was hesitant to download a banking app because I’ve been with my old bank for a long time, but I’m really glad I did. This banking app is very good and very easy to use. I feel good knowing my money is safe with them.

GBVery tricky company Very tricky company. Read carefully. If it's too good to be true, it probably is. Do not put stock in what they say upfront. They make it seem like you make a deposit and spend that amount but there's a specific way you have to spend it and they're not open about it. Their charitable fund option is also tricky. It's just like any other bank that needs governmental funding and doesn't want to help its customers. Sad. I was looking forward to banking with them. But I refuse to bank with scam artists.
