GBI downloaded the Spiral app because my… I downloaded the Spiral app because my son recommended it. I was hesitant to download a banking app because I’ve been with my old bank for a long time, but I’m really glad I did. This banking app is very good and very easy to use. I feel good knowing my money is safe with them.

GBI highly recommend Spiral! I recently started banking with Spiral and I love being able to easily donate to causes I care about and have it all in one app. It makes it easy to track and their customer service is super helpful and quick to respond. I definitely recommend checking out and downloading the Spiral app!

GBNo support during weekend while having issues Today I could not see my account value and transfer money since both mobile app and website are having issues. From this morning till afternoon no change and no support during weekends. Definitely will not stay with this new bank for long
