I choose Starter and later on I notice that I need a more expensive one. A monthly subscription of $32 is crazy for these features. The software is decent but pricing is ridiculous. Of course a year subscription is cheaper but you don't want a year subscription if you just start out.

Redeemed themselves I tried to cancel my subscription for 6 months before finally getting a response. To their credit, the company refunded the 6 months fees.

Their site states they cannot authorize refunds and I haven't received any support request response but I'll be reporting them to my bank. Their site doesn't work or load properly, super glitchy, and I can't use the service as advertised to create animated gifs easily. Shady company! It's basically canva and they want $200 for it!

Creatopy = disaster I've been using Bannersnack since 2019 and it's been really great software. In ~2021 they created a new tool called Creatopy. It is a completely different software, which I was forcibly transferred to in November 2022. As I see many of the high rated reviews in Trustpilot also mention Bannersnack not Creatopy. The developers apparently just "renamed" the software in Trustpilot. As for Creatopy, it is a real nightmare. Bugs at every step, an exceptionally awkward interface, unsolved reported issues. I would strongly suggest to everyone not to be fooled by these good ratings, because the ratings here are not for Creatopy but for Bannersnack. And to the developers, I just wish they would admit that they have completely screwed up and bring back the old good Bannersnack, at least until Creatopy is ready for use.
