JERedeemed themselves I tried to cancel my subscription for 6 months before finally getting a response. To their credit, the company refunded the 6 months fees.

CAGreat Value but, Read The Fine Print Bannersnack is a great tool for small digital marketing agencies. Rather than needing a designer, or hiring a freelancer bannersnack is an affordable alternative for display banner ad creation. Furthermore, if you use their creation service you're working with someone directly it's like having a team member. So far the two I've dealt with have been native english speakers and have had their manager CC'd on all communication. It was a swell experience. Please do not be surprised at the fact you have to pay to use their tools. They provide a free testing option but, that's it. Subscribe, it's cheap and if you're running display ad campaigns is well within your budget! Thanks, Jesse Fogarty Adaptive Marketing

GBWorst Customer Service Team The actual Creatopy product is good. My team and I like it a lot. That's why I gave 2 stars instead of no stars. The product alone is worthy of a 4 out of 5. It's not without it's flaws, but overall it's very good. But where it suffers is the customer service experience. The only option they offer you is the "live chat" text bubble, which is hardly live. It takes long periods of time, hours, even days at some points of the week to hear back from anyone. The people on the chat aren't actual techs, so they can't help, they just divert all your questions to the tech team and act as some kind of ineffective middleman. Meanwhile, there's no way to contact the tech's directly. I did battle with them for three days over the chat window, which on the phone would have been a 5-10 minute call. In the end, I lost, all my work was deleted in their weird Pyramid Scheme setup. I know bad customer service, trust me, I had Comcast for 9 years. But at least there I could eventually get someone on the phone to yell at.
