After paying it said I'd have my code… After paying it said I'd have my code in 30 to 45 minutes at most 24 hours it's going on 72 hours and nothing yet. I have sent several messages to their support and no answer. This is a scam and I am contacting my states attorney generals office and filing a class action lawsuit. I will also be filing a complaint with PayPal. Hoping to stop their ability to utilize them anymore to steal money.

If you have a boost phone don't… If you have a boost phone don't bother!!!! Wasted 20 dollars that I can't get back on a code that's impossible to unlock anyway. I returned the phone and then realized I need to post video evidence to prove that the code didn't work?? How exactly could I post video evidence when it's impossible to even access the code entry prompt on this particular phone? I guess it's on me though. I should have done more specific research before choosing a service like this. Google this stuff, people. Don't lose out on 20 bucks like I did. The customer support folks won't even message you back.

Well with my Samsung 6 from SPRINT, I didnt want this again i came to this company bought the product and BAM worked perfectly all this time I waited two years to get it opened when I outright owned the phone. Honestly thought I wasted money Honestly thought I wasted money, read the reviews and was skeptical a little bit, made the order at about midnight. Next day around 6 o'clock got the email and it worked as promised. Was very happy to be able to replace my little brothers broke Metro PCS phone with a older verizon phone I had.

Do not expect a refund if they cant unlock your phone Initially I had no problem with Unlockauthority. They responded very fast with a code and directions. The tech support was very friendly nut was unable to unlock my phone. The tech support advised me I would be receiving a refund within 1-2 hours and it had now been a month and I haven't recieved anything. I have e-mailed multiple times and the only reply I get back is " please be patient ". Well they had no problem taking the money out of my account quickly but they are not willing to give a refund.
