No code provided I received email indicating the code for my phone "has been successfully calculated". But the email did not provide the code. Responded to the email asking for the code twice and I still do not have the code. I give them two stars because they were quick to respond to my emails despite not getting the code.

I was skeptical at first, but decided I had nothing to lose ... within a couple of days my phone was unlocked with no issues at all. The unlock was resolved within 24 … The unlock was resolved within 24 hours. My phone needed a remote unlock by cable so I had to live chat with a technician. I also was skeptical because of some of the reviews but it was well worth giving them a try. I am very pleased to have my cellphone unlocked. They do close so you have to be patient to get someone during business hours, since I'm in Los Angeles nd they are eastern time. Thank you so much, I will definitely recommend your services!
