I was expecting to be disappointed … I was expecting to be disappointed after reading the negative reviews, but I decided to give them a try despite of what I read. The verdict? I couldn't be happier with my decision to use them! The process was simple, and the cost was inexpensive compared to having a brand new Galaxy S8+ that I wouldn't have been able to use without these guys!!!! Thank you, UnlockAuthority!

I was totally Skeptical and nervous I was totally Skeptical and nervous, as well as sick of being ripped off by phone carriers that promise one thing to unlocking your phone after you bought it. Well with my Samsung 6 from SPRINT, I didnt want this again i came to this company bought the product and BAM worked perfectly all this time I waited two years to get it opened when I outright owned the phone. Bad communication and service. Bad communication and service. The processing time is said to be done in a day's work but it's been the 3rd day since my purchase already and they haven't started yet. The communication is significantly worse compared to what they tout on their website. I've followed their instructions and nothing has really happened. It's an amazingly bad customer service that I've seen in my whole life.

After paying it said I'd have my code… After paying it said I'd have my code in 30 to 45 minutes at most 24 hours it's going on 72 hours and nothing yet. I have sent several messages to their support and no answer. This is a scam and I am contacting my states attorney generals office and filing a class action lawsuit. I will also be filing a complaint with PayPal. Hoping to stop their ability to utilize them anymore to steal money.
