This person original location from Bangladesh and Use Chinese Phone number for whatsapp, +8613926070786, and use Google voice +17025826279 for ebay classified ads locations Nevada, Las Vegas. Now he started another business SAMKEY selling from different mail address. Last week I called to ebay and explain about this person cheating when again post as classified ads in ebay as “solutions_imei” as ads. “iCloud Removal for iPhone 7 & UP Worldwide Official Service LOST/CLEAN SUPPORTED”

No code provided I received email indicating the code for my phone "has been successfully calculated". But the email did not provide the code. Responded to the email asking for the code twice and I still do not have the code. I give them two stars because they were quick to respond to my emails despite not getting the code.

Do not expect a refund if they cant unlock your phone Initially I had no problem with Unlockauthority. They responded very fast with a code and directions. The tech support was very friendly nut was unable to unlock my phone. The tech support advised me I would be receiving a refund within 1-2 hours and it had now been a month and I haven't recieved anything. I have e-mailed multiple times and the only reply I get back is " please be patient ". Well they had no problem taking the money out of my account quickly but they are not willing to give a refund.

Waiting weeks Its been over 2 weeks since I placed my order, order went in on a Wednesday I was quoted 1-48hrs , I emailed Saturday inquiring on the status kf my order and rwcieved an email Monday from Shades saying they didn't process orders over the weekend, I waited 2 more days tried calling again, then emailed again and received a return email the following day saying it qould be ready the next...still waiting...calling the service number is pointless as it goes to voicemail directly but the mailbox ia full so you can't leave a message...you're left with only emails to communicate and you're forced to wait days for a response that way....I requested a refunds...we'll see how long that takes
