Now he started another business SAMKEY selling from different mail address. If you have a boost phone don't… If you have a boost phone don't bother!!!! Wasted 20 dollars that I can't get back on a code that's impossible to unlock anyway. I returned the phone and then realized I need to post video evidence to prove that the code didn't work?? How exactly could I post video evidence when it's impossible to even access the code entry prompt on this particular phone? I guess it's on me though. I should have done more specific research before choosing a service like this. Google this stuff, people. Don't lose out on 20 bucks like I did. The customer support folks won't even message you back.

Worst company ever. Customer service is a joke. Made my purchase December 14th tried to unlock my phone with multiple techs, they all weren't helpful, the code didn't even work, etc. I contacted customer service multiple times and it's a cat and mouse game with when they feel like answering. I've given my email, phone number, and order number. It's been almost 2 months, I spent $20 at my phone company store to try to get the phone to work, $50 for a code that didn't even work, and now I'm frustrated it's been this long. This "company" Is a joke and I will make sure no one I know will do business with them ever again.

No code provided I received email indicating the code for my phone "has been successfully calculated". But the email did not provide the code. Responded to the email asking for the code twice and I still do not have the code. I give them two stars because they were quick to respond to my emails despite not getting the code.
