GBWaiting weeks Its been over 2 weeks since I placed my order, order went in on a Wednesday I was quoted 1-48hrs , I emailed Saturday inquiring on the status kf my order and rwcieved an email Monday from Shades saying they didn't process orders over the weekend, I waited 2 more days tried calling again, then emailed again and received a return email the following day saying it qould be ready the next...still waiting...calling the service number is pointless as it goes to voicemail directly but the mailbox ia full so you can't leave a message...you're left with only emails to communicate and you're forced to wait days for a response that way....I requested a refunds...we'll see how long that takes

GB110% legitimite service, quick and easy! First off, please let me say these guys are 110% legitimite if you're on the fence about using their service. Once payment is made securely through PayPal, it took less then 5 minutes for a tech to reach out to me with instructions via email. This entire process took less then 10 minutes total and worked like a charm. So if you're like me and buy a phone locked and can't get the original owner to unlock it, this is the way to go. Their customer service is so quick to respond I literally have nothing bad to say about these guys. Do all yourselves a favor, buy a phone you love, get it unlocked through Unlockauthority and pop in a pay as you go SIM card cell service provider such as StraightTalk or BoostMobile and save hundreds on your monthly bill!

GBIf you have a boost phone don't… If you have a boost phone don't bother!!!! Wasted 20 dollars that I can't get back on a code that's impossible to unlock anyway. I returned the phone and then realized I need to post video evidence to prove that the code didn't work?? How exactly could I post video evidence when it's impossible to even access the code entry prompt on this particular phone? I guess it's on me though. I should have done more specific research before choosing a service like this. Google this stuff, people. Don't lose out on 20 bucks like I did. The customer support folks won't even message you back.

JMMy experience was great My experience was great! I tried many other companies to get my iPhone unlocked, but it turned out to be either too expensive or just no success with the process ... I was skeptical at first, but decided I had nothing to lose ... within a couple of days my phone was unlocked with no issues at all. Unlock Authority will definitely be one of my first choice for all my unlocking needs in the future.
