I also was skeptical because of some of the reviews but it was well worth giving them a try. I am very pleased to have my cellphone unlocked. No code provided I received email indicating the code for my phone "has been successfully calculated". But the email did not provide the code. Responded to the email asking for the code twice and I still do not have the code. I give them two stars because they were quick to respond to my emails despite not getting the code.

Bad communication and service. Bad communication and service. The processing time is said to be done in a day's work but it's been the 3rd day since my purchase already and they haven't started yet. The communication is significantly worse compared to what they tout on their website. I've followed their instructions and nothing has really happened. It's an amazingly bad customer service that I've seen in my whole life.
