GBWorst company ever. Customer service is a joke. Made my purchase December 14th tried to unlock my phone with multiple techs, they all weren't helpful, the code didn't even work, etc. I contacted customer service multiple times and it's a cat and mouse game with when they feel like answering. I've given my email, phone number, and order number. It's been almost 2 months, I spent $20 at my phone company store to try to get the phone to work, $50 for a code that didn't even work, and now I'm frustrated it's been this long. This "company" Is a joke and I will make sure no one I know will do business with them ever again.

GBThe unlock was resolved within 24 … The unlock was resolved within 24 hours. My phone needed a remote unlock by cable so I had to live chat with a technician. I also was skeptical because of some of the reviews but it was well worth giving them a try. I am very pleased to have my cellphone unlocked. They do close so you have to be patient to get someone during business hours, since I'm in Los Angeles nd they are eastern time. Thank you so much, I will definitely recommend your services!

GBI was expecting to be disappointed … I was expecting to be disappointed after reading the negative reviews, but I decided to give them a try despite of what I read. The verdict? I couldn't be happier with my decision to use them! The process was simple, and the cost was inexpensive compared to having a brand new Galaxy S8+ that I wouldn't have been able to use without these guys!!!! Thank you, UnlockAuthority!

GBFast Fast, worked the first time, had to change a bunch of network settings to switch from US Cellular to ATT, but all the information was on ATTs troubleshooting site. Thanks for being so helpful :)

GBNo code provided I received email indicating the code for my phone "has been successfully calculated". But the email did not provide the code. Responded to the email asking for the code twice and I still do not have the code. I give them two stars because they were quick to respond to my emails despite not getting the code.
