Do not expect a refund if they cant unlock your phone Initially I had no problem with Unlockauthority. They responded very fast with a code and directions. The tech support was very friendly nut was unable to unlock my phone. The tech support advised me I would be receiving a refund within 1-2 hours and it had now been a month and I haven't recieved anything. I have e-mailed multiple times and the only reply I get back is " please be patient ". Well they had no problem taking the money out of my account quickly but they are not willing to give a refund.

Once payment is made securely through PayPal, it took less then 5 minutes for a tech to reach out to me with instructions via email. Fast Fast, worked the first time, had to change a bunch of network settings to switch from US Cellular to ATT, but all the information was on ATTs troubleshooting site. Thanks for being so helpful :)
