Do not expect a refund if they cant unlock your phone Initially I had no problem with Unlockauthority. They responded very fast with a code and directions. The tech support was very friendly nut was unable to unlock my phone. The tech support advised me I would be receiving a refund within 1-2 hours and it had now been a month and I haven't recieved anything. I have e-mailed multiple times and the only reply I get back is " please be patient ". Well they had no problem taking the money out of my account quickly but they are not willing to give a refund.

After paying it said I'd have my code… After paying it said I'd have my code in 30 to 45 minutes at most 24 hours it's going on 72 hours and nothing yet. I have sent several messages to their support and no answer. This is a scam and I am contacting my states attorney generals office and filing a class action lawsuit. I will also be filing a complaint with PayPal. Hoping to stop their ability to utilize them anymore to steal money.

I was totally Skeptical and nervous I was totally Skeptical and nervous, as well as sick of being ripped off by phone carriers that promise one thing to unlocking your phone after you bought it. Well with my Samsung 6 from SPRINT, I didnt want this again i came to this company bought the product and BAM worked perfectly all this time I waited two years to get it opened when I outright owned the phone.
