Responded to the email asking for the code twice and I still do not have the code. I give them two stars because they were quick to respond to my emails despite not getting the code.

The unlock was resolved within 24 … The unlock was resolved within 24 hours. My phone needed a remote unlock by cable so I had to live chat with a technician. I also was skeptical because of some of the reviews but it was well worth giving them a try. I am very pleased to have my cellphone unlocked.
