Once payment is made securely through PayPal, it took less then 5 minutes for a tech to reach out to me with instructions via email. This entire process took less then 10 minutes total and worked like a charm. So if you're like me and buy a phone locked and can't get the original owner to unlock it, this is the way to go. Bad communication and service. Bad communication and service. The processing time is said to be done in a day's work but it's been the 3rd day since my purchase already and they haven't started yet. The communication is significantly worse compared to what they tout on their website. I've followed their instructions and nothing has really happened. It's an amazingly bad customer service that I've seen in my whole life.
