GBI was totally Skeptical and nervous I was totally Skeptical and nervous, as well as sick of being ripped off by phone carriers that promise one thing to unlocking your phone after you bought it. Well with my Samsung 6 from SPRINT, I didnt want this again i came to this company bought the product and BAM worked perfectly all this time I waited two years to get it opened when I outright owned the phone. Well UNLOCKAUTHORITY rocks, they did it in a matter of no time... Thanks Unlock Authority, I will always refer you to others.............................

Thank you so so much i had tried 3 other unlocking companies (should have skipped all the headaches and came to UNLOCKINAUTHORITY.COM first) and none of them could unlock my lg stylo 4 with metro pc till you guys i will absolutely tell all my friends and family and will use you and only you with any and all of my unlocking phone needs, thanks again for making this a awesome experience! CABad communication and service. Bad communication and service. The processing time is said to be done in a day's work but it's been the 3rd day since my purchase already and they haven't started yet. The communication is significantly worse compared to what they tout on their website. I've followed their instructions and nothing has really happened. It's an amazingly bad customer service that I've seen in my whole life.

GBWaiting weeks Its been over 2 weeks since I placed my order, order went in on a Wednesday I was quoted 1-48hrs , I emailed Saturday inquiring on the status kf my order and rwcieved an email Monday from Shades saying they didn't process orders over the weekend, I waited 2 more days tried calling again, then emailed again and received a return email the following day saying it qould be ready the next...still waiting...calling the service number is pointless as it goes to voicemail directly but the mailbox ia full so you can't leave a message...you're left with only emails to communicate and you're forced to wait days for a response that way....I requested a refunds...we'll see how long that takes

GBWorst company ever. Customer service is a joke. Made my purchase December 14th tried to unlock my phone with multiple techs, they all weren't helpful, the code didn't even work, etc. I contacted customer service multiple times and it's a cat and mouse game with when they feel like answering. I've given my email, phone number, and order number. It's been almost 2 months, I spent $20 at my phone company store to try to get the phone to work, $50 for a code that didn't even work, and now I'm frustrated it's been this long. This "company" Is a joke and I will make sure no one I know will do business with them ever again.
