GBThe unlock was resolved within 24 … The unlock was resolved within 24 hours. My phone needed a remote unlock by cable so I had to live chat with a technician. I also was skeptical because of some of the reviews but it was well worth giving them a try. I am very pleased to have my cellphone unlocked. They do close so you have to be patient to get someone during business hours, since I'm in Los Angeles nd they are eastern time. Thank you so much, I will definitely recommend your services!

GBHonestly thought I wasted money Honestly thought I wasted money, read the reviews and was skeptical a little bit, made the order at about midnight. Next day around 6 o'clock got the email and it worked as promised. Was very happy to be able to replace my little brothers broke Metro PCS phone with a older verizon phone I had.

GBWorst company ever. Customer service is a joke. Made my purchase December 14th tried to unlock my phone with multiple techs, they all weren't helpful, the code didn't even work, etc. I contacted customer service multiple times and it's a cat and mouse game with when they feel like answering. I've given my email, phone number, and order number. It's been almost 2 months, I spent $20 at my phone company store to try to get the phone to work, $50 for a code that didn't even work, and now I'm frustrated it's been this long. This "company" Is a joke and I will make sure no one I know will do business with them ever again.

GBI was expecting to be disappointed … I was expecting to be disappointed after reading the negative reviews, but I decided to give them a try despite of what I read. The verdict? I couldn't be happier with my decision to use them! The process was simple, and the cost was inexpensive compared to having a brand new Galaxy S8+ that I wouldn't have been able to use without these guys!!!! Thank you, UnlockAuthority!

CABad communication and service. Bad communication and service. The processing time is said to be done in a day's work but it's been the 3rd day since my purchase already and they haven't started yet. The communication is significantly worse compared to what they tout on their website. I've followed their instructions and nothing has really happened. It's an amazingly bad customer service that I've seen in my whole life.
