Bogus.. Bogus... No code, no response after 10 days. Filed a refund with PayPal. Wrote to them after 3 days and got a mail back said 3 to 5 days. Do not expect a refund if they cant unlock your phone Initially I had no problem with Unlockauthority. They responded very fast with a code and directions. The tech support was very friendly nut was unable to unlock my phone. The tech support advised me I would be receiving a refund within 1-2 hours and it had now been a month and I haven't recieved anything. I have e-mailed multiple times and the only reply I get back is " please be patient ". Well they had no problem taking the money out of my account quickly but they are not willing to give a refund.

Well with my Samsung 6 from SPRINT, I didnt want this again i came to this company bought the product and BAM worked perfectly all this time I waited two years to get it opened when I outright owned the phone.
