The communication is significantly worse compared to what they tout on their website. I've followed their instructions and nothing has really happened. No code provided I received email indicating the code for my phone "has been successfully calculated". But the email did not provide the code. Responded to the email asking for the code twice and I still do not have the code. I give them two stars because they were quick to respond to my emails despite not getting the code.
