No code provided I received email indicating the code for my phone "has been successfully calculated". But the email did not provide the code. Responded to the email asking for the code twice and I still do not have the code. I give them two stars because they were quick to respond to my emails despite not getting the code.

The unlock was resolved within 24 … The unlock was resolved within 24 hours. My phone needed a remote unlock by cable so I had to live chat with a technician. I also was skeptical because of some of the reviews but it was well worth giving them a try. I am very pleased to have my cellphone unlocked. Bogus.. Bogus... No code, no response after 10 days. Filed a refund with PayPal. Wrote to them after 3 days and got a mail back said 3 to 5 days. Fast Fast, worked the first time, had to change a bunch of network settings to switch from US Cellular to ATT, but all the information was on ATTs troubleshooting site. Thanks for being so helpful :)
