If you have a boost phone don't… If you have a boost phone don't bother!!!! Wasted 20 dollars that I can't get back on a code that's impossible to unlock anyway. I returned the phone and then realized I need to post video evidence to prove that the code didn't work?? How exactly could I post video evidence when it's impossible to even access the code entry prompt on this particular phone? I guess it's on me though. I should have done more specific research before choosing a service like this. Google this stuff, people. Don't lose out on 20 bucks like I did. The customer support folks won't even message you back.

My experience was great My experience was great! I tried many other companies to get my iPhone unlocked, but it turned out to be either too expensive or just no success with the process ... I was skeptical at first, but decided I had nothing to lose ... within a couple of days my phone was unlocked with no issues at all. Unlock Authority will definitely be one of my first choice for all my unlocking needs in the future.

Do not expect a refund if they cant unlock your phone Initially I had no problem with Unlockauthority. They responded very fast with a code and directions. The tech support was very friendly nut was unable to unlock my phone. The tech support advised me I would be receiving a refund within 1-2 hours and it had now been a month and I haven't recieved anything. I have e-mailed multiple times and the only reply I get back is " please be patient ". Well they had no problem taking the money out of my account quickly but they are not willing to give a refund.

Well with my Samsung 6 from SPRINT, I didnt want this again i came to this company bought the product and BAM worked perfectly all this time I waited two years to get it opened when I outright owned the phone. Well UNLOCKAUTHORITY rocks, they did it in a matter of no time... Thanks Unlock Authority, I will always refer you to others.............................

Worst company ever. Customer service is a joke. Made my purchase December 14th tried to unlock my phone with multiple techs, they all weren't helpful, the code didn't even work, etc. I contacted customer service multiple times and it's a cat and mouse game with when they feel like answering. I've given my email, phone number, and order number. It's been almost 2 months, I spent $20 at my phone company store to try to get the phone to work, $50 for a code that didn't even work, and now I'm frustrated it's been this long. This "company" Is a joke and I will make sure no one I know will do business with them ever again.
