Worst company ever. Customer service is a joke. Made my purchase December 14th tried to unlock my phone with multiple techs, they all weren't helpful, the code didn't even work, etc. I contacted customer service multiple times and it's a cat and mouse game with when they feel like answering. I've given my email, phone number, and order number. It's been almost 2 months, I spent $20 at my phone company store to try to get the phone to work, $50 for a code that didn't even work, and now I'm frustrated it's been this long. This "company" Is a joke and I will make sure no one I know will do business with them ever again.

Now he started another business SAMKEY selling from different mail address. The unlock was resolved within 24 … The unlock was resolved within 24 hours. My phone needed a remote unlock by cable so I had to live chat with a technician. I also was skeptical because of some of the reviews but it was well worth giving them a try. I am very pleased to have my cellphone unlocked. After paying it said I'd have my code… After paying it said I'd have my code in 30 to 45 minutes at most 24 hours it's going on 72 hours and nothing yet. I have sent several messages to their support and no answer. This is a scam and I am contacting my states attorney generals office and filing a class action lawsuit. I will also be filing a complaint with PayPal. Hoping to stop their ability to utilize them anymore to steal money.
