The unlock was resolved within 24 … The unlock was resolved within 24 hours. My phone needed a remote unlock by cable so I had to live chat with a technician. I also was skeptical because of some of the reviews but it was well worth giving them a try. I am very pleased to have my cellphone unlocked. They do close so you have to be patient to get someone during business hours, since I'm in Los Angeles nd they are eastern time. Thank you so much, I will definitely recommend your services!

I was skeptical at first, but decided I had nothing to lose ... within a couple of days my phone was unlocked with no issues at all. Bad communication and service. Bad communication and service. The processing time is said to be done in a day's work but it's been the 3rd day since my purchase already and they haven't started yet. The communication is significantly worse compared to what they tout on their website. I've followed their instructions and nothing has really happened. It's an amazingly bad customer service that I've seen in my whole life.
