I couldn't be happier with my decision to use them! Do not expect a refund if they cant unlock your phone Initially I had no problem with Unlockauthority. They responded very fast with a code and directions. The tech support was very friendly nut was unable to unlock my phone. The tech support advised me I would be receiving a refund within 1-2 hours and it had now been a month and I haven't recieved anything. I have e-mailed multiple times and the only reply I get back is " please be patient ". Well they had no problem taking the money out of my account quickly but they are not willing to give a refund.

No code provided I received email indicating the code for my phone "has been successfully calculated". But the email did not provide the code. Responded to the email asking for the code twice and I still do not have the code. I give them two stars because they were quick to respond to my emails despite not getting the code.

After paying it said I'd have my code… After paying it said I'd have my code in 30 to 45 minutes at most 24 hours it's going on 72 hours and nothing yet. I have sent several messages to their support and no answer. This is a scam and I am contacting my states attorney generals office and filing a class action lawsuit. I will also be filing a complaint with PayPal. Hoping to stop their ability to utilize them anymore to steal money.
