Non-responsive customer service There is supposed to be a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I’ve now emailed twice, a week apart, as my pictures did not resemble me according to family and friends. I would like my refund, but the company is not responsive. I’m about to get the credit card charges reversed, since this feels like a scam.

I was so skeptical about using AI… I was so skeptical about using AI SuitUp. I googled a bit and viewed some YouTubes. I figured, what can I lose for trying it out for $20? I'm so glad I did. I had multiple images that I could se for my professional headshot, I was so excited! They look great. I'm very appreciative. Also, I had great customer service via email. Thank you! Very happy.

Excellent and responsive customer service AI SuitUp was very easy to use. And I received several photos that were great. The customer service was exceptional. I needed a few tweaks made to some photos and I received those modifications with no problem. Highly recommend!
