Non-responsive customer service There is supposed to be a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I’ve now emailed twice, a week apart, as my pictures did not resemble me according to family and friends. I would like my refund, but the company is not responsive. I’m about to get the credit card charges reversed, since this feels like a scam.

Excellent and responsive customer service AI SuitUp was very easy to use. And I received several photos that were great. The customer service was exceptional. I needed a few tweaks made to some photos and I received those modifications with no problem. Highly recommend!

The AI used here is impressive but… The AI used here is impressive but until they make the photos much more realistic the headshots are all but useless, they look clearly fake - do not use unless you want to be the laughing stock of LinkedIn!

Great and realistic pictures! Great pictures. You might need to run them twice, but customer support is very efficient and customized the colour for the one I finally chose. Can definitely recommend!

The pictures turned out great The pictures turned out great. I did 1 round and understood what type of selfie would make the AI picture better, I purchased another and uploaded new selfie and the 2nd round turned out even better. I’ve had amazing compliments.
