ITI signed up to do a one-time search, not subscription I signed up to do a one-time search, and DID NOT sign up for a subscription. Not only was it not clear that this was a subscription when I signed up for what I thought was a one-off payment (as I set up reminders to unsubscribe if I do sign up for something that has a deadline before you're automatically signed up!), but I did not receive any kind of "welcome" email within this time nor after, which is also customary when you sign up for a subscription for something. This makes me think they obviously know that they are trapping people fraudulently into a pricey subscription. Why not just charge people transparently without all this fraudulent B.S.? I have written them, and we will see if they will reimburse my TWO MONTHS of subscription. If only I had looked at my account a few months ago! :-(

ITThe service works fine, but... The service works fine (but I didn't find answers to my question). However, they then automatically charge a monthly fee: beware of automatic payment on Paypal!

USCustomer service is excellent Customer service is excellent. They have promptly responded to any questions or issue that I had and that's saying alot nowadays. Their customer service is professional, courteous and willing to go the extra mile to help customers.

USWell well well, it happened to me. I was defrauded. It is definitely a feeling of violation and it puts a halt to your life in many ways. Well well well. I was awake and to the sound of my cell phone alerting me that my bank was trying to get in touch with me to verify a company called spokeo trying to make a transaction for a withdrawal of $29.95. having never heard of this company, I was alerted and concerned. So in the middle of the night wide awake I began to research the company before I called my bank only to find out that I had been defrauded because I never authorized or had even heard of spokeo. Now I have no debit card to use which interferes with my activities of daily life and my credit and made your way. Because my bank account had to be temporarily blocked because of this fraud and between now and the time it takes for the bank to process a new card, I'm going to have bills that will not be paid automatically using my debit card. It's $29.95 may not seem like a big deal to some, but it's the inconvenience. The invasion of my privacy what it could potentially do to my credit and my family. The bank knows how very apps fit I am and I am especially concerned and disappointed at how easily this company was able to do this. I certainly hope that someone and and authority figure puts a big end to this so it does not affect more people in a worse situation than myself. 😔

USThey have great customer service They have great customer service. Yes their packages and pricing are expensive but at least they got that going on for them which is a big plus.
