ITBe careful!! I requested to receive name and surname associated to a mobile number, I've been said "there was a name and surname", I've been brought to make a subscription in order to know name and surname after paying 0,95 cents and so 1. Spokeo informed me there was no name and surname associated 2. I discovered there was a monthly fee. This is illegal and tricky, I have been stolen deceitfully 0,95 cents. After all this they tried unsuccessfully to take other 29 euros from my card. I noticed that they have already done this to thousands of people, as can already be seen from the many reports. I took steps to report them on all possible channels and block them where appropriate.

GBCancelling was simple. It's until my finances are straightened out. My my finances became tight & I cancelled almost all my subscriptions, when I catch up, I'll just pick a few of the ones I missed. This became an unusual, it seemed, tool for some of my ancestry research. Especially following a line from 1711 to other current living descendants.

ITI signed up to do a one-time search, not subscription I signed up to do a one-time search, and DID NOT sign up for a subscription. Not only was it not clear that this was a subscription when I signed up for what I thought was a one-off payment (as I set up reminders to unsubscribe if I do sign up for something that has a deadline before you're automatically signed up!), but I did not receive any kind of "welcome" email within this time nor after, which is also customary when you sign up for a subscription for something. This makes me think they obviously know that they are trapping people fraudulently into a pricey subscription. Why not just charge people transparently without all this fraudulent B.S.? I have written them, and we will see if they will reimburse my TWO MONTHS of subscription. If only I had looked at my account a few months ago! :-(

GBThey have great customer service They have great customer service. Yes their packages and pricing are expensive but at least they got that going on for them which is a big plus.
