GBGreat Customer Service There was a problem with and issue, not anything the company did. Something that was neither mine doing or Spokeo's. I contacted their customer service. They responded, followed through with resolving it. They responded and communicated quickly. And all is well. It's nice when you can trust dealing with a company like Spoke and their employees. GBWell well well, it happened to me. I was defrauded. It is definitely a feeling of violation and it puts a halt to your life in many ways. Well well well. I was awake and to the sound of my cell phone alerting me that my bank was trying to get in touch with me to verify a company called spokeo trying to make a transaction for a withdrawal of $29.95. having never heard of this company, I was alerted and concerned. So in the middle of the night wide awake I began to research the company before I called my bank only to find out that I had been defrauded because I never authorized or had even heard of spokeo. Now I have no debit card to use which interferes with my activities of daily life and my credit and made your way. Because my bank account had to be temporarily blocked because of this fraud and between now and the time it takes for the bank to process a new card, I'm going to have bills that will not be paid automatically using my debit card. It's $29.95 may not seem like a big deal to some, but it's the inconvenience. The invasion of my privacy what it could potentially do to my credit and my family. The bank knows how very apps fit I am and I am especially concerned and disappointed at how easily this company was able to do this. I certainly hope that someone and and authority figure puts a big end to this so it does not affect more people in a worse situation than myself. đŸ˜”

GBI feel taken advantage of I feel taken advantage of. I used the service on what I thought was a trial basis and then noticed I was being charged a subscription price on my bank account, after I had already found all the information I needed. I have no idea how I signed up for a subscription! Charged $29.95 on 3/11 and again on 4/09. I called and was told I get a refund of $11.98 whoopie! I was satisfied with the information I received however.
