GBsame as pixelpoint.tv this website is a… same as pixelpoint.tv this website is a joke they will have you watching videos for hours then when you go to transfer points they will send you a message saying you breached rules . i did nothing wrong but watch videos and earn points and when you message they say its against safety rules to tell people what they did wrong . SCAM OF A COMPANY . should have looked at reviews first as most them say same thing they do not like it if you earn to much and will kick you for it

GBComplete scam Complete scam. Their support site is deleted and they do not respond on any social media. They effectively stole $150 from me and a housemate when our accounts suddenly were blocked on the same day we tried to redeem for gift cards.

GBResponsive customer service Responsive customer service. My ip address was blocked erroneously by the system but was promptly restored by its support. Honesty is the best policy! Just observe all the do's and don'ts of the site and you'll never go wrong. Highly recommended!

GBUnwarranted Suspension I've been using Hideout TV for several years now and have seen that the compensation has varied, but overall seems to have decreased. Recently, I went to sign into my account and received a window indicating that my account had been temporarily suspended. No explanation to why but a email address: support at hideoutcares dot zendesk dot com to contact for further assistance. I sent an email to this address explaining that my account has been suspended in error. I never got a response to my email, so I followed up and found out that Zendesk is a third party customer service company that no longer services Hideout TV. So now I have to contact Hideout TV directly and there is no information as far as direct customer support for Hideout TV. This is ridiculous. I would like my account reinstated so that I can cash out my points.

GBThanks to the support team it did take… Thanks to the support team it did take a time to get the issue fixed. But i feel the response for the issue was helpful and fluid communications till the issue got fixed
