I see all the bad reviews here and I… I see all the bad reviews here and I don't doubt many people get wrongly banned, just like so many sites. I've had good experience so far, support replied to my ticket and solved my problems I had. Payouts have been reliable and fast. I'd suggest, as with all sites who are plagued by botters and other cheaters, withdraw as soon as you are able, never leave much in there. And when/if you eventually fall foul of their imperfect security, direct most of your bad wishes upon the parasites who made such security systems necessary.

Shame on you At first I thought wow awesome! I earned points that I could also cash out. Then I made an account on another site that looked like a competitor to compare. I was able to create an account with the same google account and bang I got banned. When you ask support, you only get an automatically generated answer that you should have violated guidelines. I made a new account on a different device. Well, you still get a bad rating.

Thanks to the support team it did take… Thanks to the support team it did take a time to get the issue fixed. But i feel the response for the issue was helpful and fluid communications till the issue got fixed

Terrible customer support Terrible customer support. I managed to transfer around 5000 points to my Freeward account in about a week. Then tried transferring 2500 points and waited 6 days. In that 6 days I did a load of tasks and offers and accumulated another 6800points. Now hideout tv have suspended my account as they believe I’m using a fake email address.

Unwarranted Suspension I've been using Hideout TV for several years now and have seen that the compensation has varied, but overall seems to have decreased. Recently, I went to sign into my account and received a window indicating that my account had been temporarily suspended. No explanation to why but a email address: support at hideoutcares dot zendesk dot com to contact for further assistance. I sent an email to this address explaining that my account has been suspended in error. I never got a response to my email, so I followed up and found out that Zendesk is a third party customer service company that no longer services Hideout TV. So now I have to contact Hideout TV directly and there is no information as far as direct customer support for Hideout TV. This is ridiculous. I would like my account reinstated so that I can cash out my points.
