Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to reinstate your account. Lootup.me Compliance Team" I work in the field, so I'm sure they have 0 reason to do that.

Thanks to the support team it did take… Thanks to the support team it did take a time to get the issue fixed. But i feel the response for the issue was helpful and fluid communications till the issue got fixed
