No payout and no support I started a withdrawal to a linked site to cash out my earnings, my earnings never arrived nor were they refunded into my account even after I opened a support ticket, today, four months and a week later, Hideout.tv emailed me asking me to rate the "support I received", so here's my rating: one star because this site won't allow me to give them a zero, first they stopped paying out to Freecash over a year ago and now they refuse to pay out to faucetify & ignore support tickets, it seems they aim to ONLY pay out to lootup which, surprise! Despite not using a VPN, I was given no explanation. Upon reaching out to support, I was met with extreme unprofessionalism and rudeness. Their responses consisted of repetitive and incomplete answers, ultimately leading to frustration: "After careful consideration and further review of your account activity, we found that your account is in breach of our terms and best practices. Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to reinstate your account. Lootup.me Compliance Team" I work in the field, so I'm sure they have 0 reason to do that.

Poor experience I’ve been using the platform for 3months and never had a issue with earning points until the past week. I’ve contacted customer services and had been told to check back in a day or 2 and ads should reappear. Still nothing. On the Facebook page it seems that everyone who lives in the UK are experiencing the same problem and receiving poor customer service and communications from Hideout.tv. Points earned by completing offers take a while to appear in your balance too. When withdrawing the points over a certain amount they need to be approved but this doesn’t happen within the 24hr time limit as displayed on the website at the time of conversion
