Issue Resolved I contacted Support @ Hideout TV to notify them that no videos were showing. I received an email response that same day informing me that the problem was corrected, but if I had any addition issues to respond to their email. Quick & efficient support system deserving a 5* review.

Shame on you At first I thought wow awesome! I earned points that I could also cash out. Then I made an account on another site that looked like a competitor to compare. I was able to create an account with the same google account and bang I got banned. When you ask support, you only get an automatically generated answer that you should have violated guidelines. I made a new account on a different device. Well, you still get a bad rating.

Rewards unavailable Rewards became unavailable. Although it took a few weeks, my ability to earn rewards was reinstated. Not very happy about those weeks of not earning anything, but grateful for the support to get back to watching and earning.

Poor experience I’ve been using the platform for 3months and never had a issue with earning points until the past week. When withdrawing the points over a certain amount they need to be approved but this doesn’t happen within the 24hr time limit as displayed on the website at the time of conversion
