GBTerrible customer support Terrible customer support. I managed to transfer around 5000 points to my Freeward account in about a week. Then tried transferring 2500 points and waited 6 days. In that 6 days I did a load of tasks and offers and accumulated another 6800points. Now hideout tv have suspended my account as they believe I’m using a fake email address.

GBPoor experience I’ve been using the platform for 3months and never had a issue with earning points until the past week. I’ve contacted customer services and had been told to check back in a day or 2 and ads should reappear. Still nothing. On the Facebook page it seems that everyone who lives in the UK are experiencing the same problem and receiving poor customer service and communications from Hideout.tv. Points earned by completing offers take a while to appear in your balance too. When withdrawing the points over a certain amount they need to be approved but this doesn’t happen within the 24hr time limit as displayed on the website at the time of conversion

GBReally works! Great experience for over a year. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, probably a lot of people getting banned from multiple accounts or VPNs. But my experience has been great for the past year or so. I linked my GameTame account and all the videos I watch on Hideout really add up, I've probably redeemed like 5 or so Steam Cards by now. I'm leaving this review now because the site was down for a bit and I thought I was having an issue with my account, but I reached out to customer service and they very quickly cleared up the confusion letting me know it was just a temporary outage. Big thank you to the team at HideoutTV!

GBResponsive customer service Responsive customer service. My ip address was blocked erroneously by the system but was promptly restored by its support. Honesty is the best policy! Just observe all the do's and don'ts of the site and you'll never go wrong. Highly recommended!

ROI encountered a blatantly obvious scam. I encountered a blatantly obvious scam. After completing legitimate tasks on the website, I found myself banned the following day. Despite not using a VPN, I was given no explanation. Upon reaching out to support, I was met with extreme unprofessionalism and rudeness. Their responses consisted of repetitive and incomplete answers, ultimately leading to frustration: "After careful consideration and further review of your account activity, we found that your account is in breach of our terms and best practices. Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to reinstate your account. Lootup.me Compliance Team" I work in the field, so I'm sure they have 0 reason to do that.
