Despite not using a VPN, I was given no explanation. Upon reaching out to support, I was met with extreme unprofessionalism and rudeness. Their responses consisted of repetitive and incomplete answers, ultimately leading to frustration: "After careful consideration and further review of your account activity, we found that your account is in breach of our terms and best practices. Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to reinstate your account. Lootup.me Compliance Team" I work in the field, so I'm sure they have 0 reason to do that.

Poor experience I’ve been using the platform for 3months and never had a issue with earning points until the past week. I’ve contacted customer services and had been told to check back in a day or 2 and ads should reappear. Still nothing. On the Facebook page it seems that everyone who lives in the UK are experiencing the same problem and receiving poor customer service and communications from Hideout.tv. Points earned by completing offers take a while to appear in your balance too. When withdrawing the points over a certain amount they need to be approved but this doesn’t happen within the 24hr time limit as displayed on the website at the time of conversion

Another crap scam company that deserves… Another crap scam company that deserves no stars at all. I've been locked out of my account for weeks now, for no valid or understandable reason. Despite raising several tickets there has been nothing from them except a pointless automated response. There is no point in trying to contact "customer service" because there is absolutely none. They are basically mining YOUR data to resell for their profits. Avoid them at all costs.

Complete scam Complete scam. Their support site is deleted and they do not respond on any social media. They effectively stole $150 from me and a housemate when our accounts suddenly were blocked on the same day we tried to redeem for gift cards.

I should have listened to the 145 bad reviews... I wish 0 stars were an option. I should have listened to the other 145 bad reviews that were left for this borderline scam company. I don't really care about getting "temporarily suspended" because I would make $0.0017 every 3 videos with ads every 30 seconds. If anything I see this as a blessing because I won't waste any more time on a BS site like HideoutTV. Also, support refuses to give a legit reason for my suspension, probably because there isn't one, I had the account for 2 days! Find an alternative like loot.tv or Swagbucks. Also, keep in mind that all of the good reviews are fake... Atleast make it believable Hideout, come on!
