GBAnother crap scam company that deserves… Another crap scam company that deserves no stars at all. I've been locked out of my account for weeks now, for no valid or understandable reason. Despite raising several tickets there has been nothing from them except a pointless automated response. There is no point in trying to contact "customer service" because there is absolutely none. They are basically mining YOUR data to resell for their profits. Avoid them at all costs.

GBRewards unavailable Rewards became unavailable. Although it took a few weeks, my ability to earn rewards was reinstated. Not very happy about those weeks of not earning anything, but grateful for the support to get back to watching and earning.

GBUnwarranted Suspension I've been using Hideout TV for several years now and have seen that the compensation has varied, but overall seems to have decreased. Recently, I went to sign into my account and received a window indicating that my account had been temporarily suspended. No explanation to why but a email address: support at hideoutcares dot zendesk dot com to contact for further assistance. I sent an email to this address explaining that my account has been suspended in error. I never got a response to my email, so I followed up and found out that Zendesk is a third party customer service company that no longer services Hideout TV. So now I have to contact Hideout TV directly and there is no information as far as direct customer support for Hideout TV. This is ridiculous. I would like my account reinstated so that I can cash out my points.

GBResponsive customer service Responsive customer service. My ip address was blocked erroneously by the system but was promptly restored by its support. Honesty is the best policy! Just observe all the do's and don'ts of the site and you'll never go wrong. Highly recommended!

ROI encountered a blatantly obvious scam. I encountered a blatantly obvious scam. After completing legitimate tasks on the website, I found myself banned the following day. Despite not using a VPN, I was given no explanation. Upon reaching out to support, I was met with extreme unprofessionalism and rudeness. Their responses consisted of repetitive and incomplete answers, ultimately leading to frustration: "After careful consideration and further review of your account activity, we found that your account is in breach of our terms and best practices. Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to reinstate your account. Lootup.me Compliance Team" I work in the field, so I'm sure they have 0 reason to do that.
