It doesn't seem to work at all I tried this platform for several days in a row, but it doesn't seem to work: zero points, even though some ads appeared on the screen. I was active, put likes and comments to every video for some hours, but still zero points. I have looked around for comments of other people who may had similar or different experiences, and it seems that it's quite a common issue. Probably this platform doesn't work at all, or maybe it used to work some time ago but now it clearly doesn't do what it is expected to do. This will result in people abandoning it.

Poor experience I’ve been using the platform for 3months and never had a issue with earning points until the past week. I’ve contacted customer services and had been told to check back in a day or 2 and ads should reappear. Still nothing. On the Facebook page it seems that everyone who lives in the UK are experiencing the same problem and receiving poor customer service and communications from Hideout.tv. Points earned by completing offers take a while to appear in your balance too. When withdrawing the points over a certain amount they need to be approved but this doesn’t happen within the 24hr time limit as displayed on the website at the time of conversion

Responsive customer service Responsive customer service. My ip address was blocked erroneously by the system but was promptly restored by its support. Honesty is the best policy! Just observe all the do's and don'ts of the site and you'll never go wrong. Highly recommended!

Shame on you At first I thought wow awesome! I earned points that I could also cash out. Then I made an account on another site that looked like a competitor to compare. I was able to create an account with the same google account and bang I got banned. When you ask support, you only get an automatically generated answer that you should have violated guidelines. I made a new account on a different device. Well, you still get a bad rating.

Really works! Great experience for over a year. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, probably a lot of people getting banned from multiple accounts or VPNs. But my experience has been great for the past year or so. I linked my GameTame account and all the videos I watch on Hideout really add up, I've probably redeemed like 5 or so Steam Cards by now. I'm leaving this review now because the site was down for a bit and I thought I was having an issue with my account, but I reached out to customer service and they very quickly cleared up the confusion letting me know it was just a temporary outage.
