Shame on you At first I thought wow awesome! I earned points that I could also cash out. Then I made an account on another site that looked like a competitor to compare. I was able to create an account with the same google account and bang I got banned. When you ask support, you only get an automatically generated answer that you should have violated guidelines. I made a new account on a different device. Well, you still get a bad rating.

No payout and no support I started a withdrawal to a linked site to cash out my earnings, my earnings never arrived nor were they refunded into my account even after I opened a support ticket, today, four months and a week later, Hideout.tv emailed me asking me to rate the "support I received", so here's my rating: one star because this site won't allow me to give them a zero, first they stopped paying out to Freecash over a year ago and now they refuse to pay out to faucetify & ignore support tickets, it seems they aim to ONLY pay out to lootup which, surprise! Is run by the same people as hideout.tv

I should have listened to the 145 bad reviews... I wish 0 stars were an option. I should have listened to the other 145 bad reviews that were left for this borderline scam company. I don't really care about getting "temporarily suspended" because I would make $0.0017 every 3 videos with ads every 30 seconds. If anything I see this as a blessing because I won't waste any more time on a BS site like HideoutTV. Also, support refuses to give a legit reason for my suspension, probably because there isn't one, I had the account for 2 days! Find an alternative like loot.tv or Swagbucks. Also, keep in mind that all of the good reviews are fake... Atleast make it believable Hideout, come on!

Poor experience I’ve been using the platform for 3months and never had a issue with earning points until the past week. I’ve contacted customer services and had been told to check back in a day or 2 and ads should reappear. Still nothing. On the Facebook page it seems that everyone who lives in the UK are experiencing the same problem and receiving poor customer service and communications from Hideout.tv. Points earned by completing offers take a while to appear in your balance too. When withdrawing the points over a certain amount they need to be approved but this doesn’t happen within the 24hr time limit as displayed on the website at the time of conversion

Really works! Great experience for over a year. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, probably a lot of people getting banned from multiple accounts or VPNs. But my experience has been great for the past year or so. I linked my GameTame account and all the videos I watch on Hideout really add up, I've probably redeemed like 5 or so Steam Cards by now. I'm leaving this review now because the site was down for a bit and I thought I was having an issue with my account, but I reached out to customer service and they very quickly cleared up the confusion letting me know it was just a temporary outage. Big thank you to the team at HideoutTV!
