I was active, put likes and comments to every video for some hours, but still zero points. Despite not using a VPN, I was given no explanation. Upon reaching out to support, I was met with extreme unprofessionalism and rudeness. Their responses consisted of repetitive and incomplete answers, ultimately leading to frustration: "After careful consideration and further review of your account activity, we found that your account is in breach of our terms and best practices. Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to reinstate your account. Lootup.me Compliance Team" I work in the field, so I'm sure they have 0 reason to do that.

Terrible customer support Terrible customer support. I managed to transfer around 5000 points to my Freeward account in about a week. Then tried transferring 2500 points and waited 6 days. In that 6 days I did a load of tasks and offers and accumulated another 6800points. Now hideout tv have suspended my account as they believe I’m using a fake email address.
