Really works! Great experience for over a year. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews, probably a lot of people getting banned from multiple accounts or VPNs. But my experience has been great for the past year or so. I linked my GameTame account and all the videos I watch on Hideout really add up, I've probably redeemed like 5 or so Steam Cards by now. I'm leaving this review now because the site was down for a bit and I thought I was having an issue with my account, but I reached out to customer service and they very quickly cleared up the confusion letting me know it was just a temporary outage. Despite not using a VPN, I was given no explanation. Upon reaching out to support, I was met with extreme unprofessionalism and rudeness. Their responses consisted of repetitive and incomplete answers, ultimately leading to frustration: "After careful consideration and further review of your account activity, we found that your account is in breach of our terms and best practices. Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to reinstate your account. Lootup.me Compliance Team" I work in the field, so I'm sure they have 0 reason to do that.

Unwarranted Suspension I've been using Hideout TV for several years now and have seen that the compensation has varied, but overall seems to have decreased. Recently, I went to sign into my account and received a window indicating that my account had been temporarily suspended. No explanation to why but a email address: support at hideoutcares dot zendesk dot com to contact for further assistance. I sent an email to this address explaining that my account has been suspended in error. I never got a response to my email, so I followed up and found out that Zendesk is a third party customer service company that no longer services Hideout TV. So now I have to contact Hideout TV directly and there is no information as far as direct customer support for Hideout TV. This is ridiculous. I would like my account reinstated so that I can cash out my points.
