GBComplete scam Complete scam. Their support site is deleted and they do not respond on any social media. They effectively stole $150 from me and a housemate when our accounts suddenly were blocked on the same day we tried to redeem for gift cards.

IEI see all the bad reviews here and I… I see all the bad reviews here and I don't doubt many people get wrongly banned, just like so many sites. I've had good experience so far, support replied to my ticket and solved my problems I had. Payouts have been reliable and fast. I'd suggest, as with all sites who are plagued by botters and other cheaters, withdraw as soon as you are able, never leave much in there. And when/if you eventually fall foul of their imperfect security, direct most of your bad wishes upon the parasites who made such security systems necessary.

GBPoor experience I’ve been using the platform for 3months and never had a issue with earning points until the past week. I’ve contacted customer services and had been told to check back in a day or 2 and ads should reappear. Still nothing. On the Facebook page it seems that everyone who lives in the UK are experiencing the same problem and receiving poor customer service and communications from Hideout.tv. Points earned by completing offers take a while to appear in your balance too. When withdrawing the points over a certain amount they need to be approved but this doesn’t happen within the 24hr time limit as displayed on the website at the time of conversion

DEShame on you At first I thought wow awesome! I earned points that I could also cash out. Then I made an account on another site that looked like a competitor to compare. I was able to create an account with the same google account and bang I got banned. When you ask support, you only get an automatically generated answer that you should have violated guidelines. I made a new account on a different device. Well, you still get a bad rating.

GBIssue Resolved I contacted Support @ Hideout TV to notify them that no videos were showing. I received an email response that same day informing me that the problem was corrected, but if I had any addition issues to respond to their email. Quick & efficient support system deserving a 5* review.
