Terrible customer support Terrible customer support. I managed to transfer around 5000 points to my Freeward account in about a week. Then tried transferring 2500 points and waited 6 days. In that 6 days I did a load of tasks and offers and accumulated another 6800points. Now hideout tv have suspended my account as they believe I’m using a fake email address.

After careful consideration and further review of your account activity, we found that you account is in breach of our terms and best practices. Unfortunately at this time, we are not able to reinstate your account." Bullsh*t.

Rewards unavailable Rewards became unavailable. Although it took a few weeks, my ability to earn rewards was reinstated. Not very happy about those weeks of not earning anything, but grateful for the support to get back to watching and earning.
