GBI trust Pillar for my family I trust Pillar for my family. I also am eager for more features to come out for this platform. I keep adding documents little by little, and am already so happy with how much simpler my life has been with this organizational system. For example, just the other day, I was like "Hey hubby, what's your medical insurance card information?... Never mind! I already have it in Pillar!" So simple, SO useful.

GBSomething serious is going on with… Something serious is going on with Pillar. Their MYGA rates were all dropped this week way down to the non-competitive range, their B+ rating is under review, Adam Litke seems to no longer be with the company, I couldn’t get through on the phone today, etc. I am very concerned. I have a $60,000 contract with Pillar. Does anyone know what is going on?

GBA huge relief for my family and I - Thank you!! Pillar has been exactly what I needed. My parents are getting older and they aren’t the most tech savvy or transparently organized. I’ve been able to make sure all the important stuff is on there so that when they or I need it it’s not a huge hassle (even the Netflix password lol). It’s saved both of us a lot of frustrating phone calls after showing them how to easily upload their documents. I also have appreciated using it for myself - I don’t need to bring my insurance card or medications list to the doctors with me anymore with it all being on my phone. It’s been a huge relief.

GBZero response for questions/issues Tried to apply on-line for their annuity. Their form wouldn't accept my birth date (thinks it's in the future?!). Sought help using their web contact tool. No response. Tried again using their chat session. No response. I give up. A company that brags about saving costs by being 100% online won't earn my trust or money if it doesn't respond to answer questions and fix issues. Nice website though Feb 9 2024 UPDATE: I received a nice email from Pillar's "Head of Customer Success" within three hours of my original post here. He apologized and said he was forwarding this to his Operations team who would let me know when the issue was resolved. After I waited seven more days and received no further communication from the Pillar team, I wrote back saying I have placed my funds elsewhere. I wish anyone working with Pillar better luck than I had with this company!

CAI'm so happy i found Pillar I'm so happy i found Pillar. This platform has made it so easy for me and my family to organize our most vital information. Previously all of this got lost in a mountain of paper, now we can all come together and collaborate on the same platform.
