Coupled with the App and ever growing number of Sound Scapes to choose from, 10 mins - 30 mins can make such a difference. The science behind its development is worth reading up on. Customer Support is marvellous in putting things right should something go a miss. Sensate is a considered purchase but worth every penny.

Just buy one today - it's brilliant As someone who has never been able to meditate very successfully (my brain just refuses to switch off or I get really fidgety!) having a Sensate has been a revelation. It's an easy and very beneficial way to step out of everyday stress into a little bubble of relaxation for 10-20 minutes every day. When I bought it this time last year, part of me felt it might just be a gimmick or something I'd quickly get bored of, but I actually find I use it every single day without fail! Also, Sensate customer service has been fantastic. I had a technical issue with the device about 11 months after purchasing it. Having contacted Sensate they quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced it without a quibble. Big shout out to Lucia and Jeronimo in their customer care team who have been fantastic!
