NOExcellent customer service. The first time I contacted Sensate customer service I had some trouble with getting certain tracks on the app to work, and even though it took some time to work out the issue I got really good help and support all the way until the problem was fixed. Then my sensate started to malfunction just over a year after I got it. Of course the warranty (for one year) had just run out, even so I still got a brand new sensate, free of charge. The customer service I've received has been excellent all the way.

FRLife saver 🙏 I've struggle with anxiety & stress all my life, I've tried so many things to manage it and this device is the only one that works EVERY time and in just 1 minute! It's very simple & just works because it "massages" your nerves to be in parasympathetic mode, and calm your physical signs of stress. Naturally your mind relaxes because you feel that you can handle the panic attack, it just goes away. GBI have used my sensate for a few years… I have used my sensate for a few years now. My main use is to help heal my gut pist Covid (which it has) but I now use it at night to relax before sleeping

GBBad to best day… Had a terrible anxiety attack this morning, could barely catch my breath. My Sensate arrived today, I set it up and used it as soon as I got home from work. I’m already hooked after just a 10 minute session! It’s exactly what I expected and needed and can see much relief in my future. Thank you!
