The physicality of sensate vibrating on my chest, coupled with the audio, is perfect for slowing me down, quietening my mind and body, relaxing. Puts me right in the Zone. Great for meditation practice and mico naps too. I can also highly recommend the customer service, responsive and so helpful. I am most appreciative of the device and their customer support.

Sensate is a remarkable device that… Sensate is a remarkable device that keeps on giving. I’ve used it most days for the last 2 years for relaxation and improved sleep. Coupled with the App and ever growing number of Sound Scapes to choose from, 10 mins - 30 mins can make such a difference. The science behind its development is worth reading up on. Customer Support is marvellous in putting things right should something go a miss. Sensate is a considered purchase but worth every penny.

Bad to best day… Had a terrible anxiety attack this morning, could barely catch my breath. My Sensate arrived today, I set it up and used it as soon as I got home from work. I’m already hooked after just a 10 minute session! It’s exactly what I expected and needed and can see much relief in my future. Thank you!
