GBJust buy one today - it's brilliant As someone who has never been able to meditate very successfully (my brain just refuses to switch off or I get really fidgety!) having a Sensate has been a revelation. It's an easy and very beneficial way to step out of everyday stress into a little bubble of relaxation for 10-20 minutes every day. When I bought it this time last year, part of me felt it might just be a gimmick or something I'd quickly get bored of, but I actually find I use it every single day without fail! Also, Sensate customer service has been fantastic. I had a technical issue with the device about 11 months after purchasing it. Having contacted Sensate they quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced it without a quibble. Big shout out to Lucia and Jeronimo in their customer care team who have been fantastic!

NOExcellent customer service. The first time I contacted Sensate customer service I had some trouble with getting certain tracks on the app to work, and even though it took some time to work out the issue I got really good help and support all the way until the problem was fixed. Then my sensate started to malfunction just over a year after I got it. Of course the warranty (for one year) had just run out, even so I still got a brand new sensate, free of charge. The customer service I've received has been excellent all the way.

GBBalancing & Calming The Sensate device helps me to feel more balanced and has a calming affect on me especially, when I’m feeling anxious. I particularly like the sessions that incorporate sounds that include water like rain, stormy weather and the sound of the ocean are my favorites. Would love to have more of the water feature sessions to choose from🤍 I use my Sensate pretty much on a daily basis🥰

NLGot my sensate at the end of December… Got my sensate at the end of December 2023. It’s wonderful, would definitely recommend 10/10. A sale along with a TikToker’s discount code meant I got it a bit cheaper (€297 for the plus package), and after the first year there will be a yearly app subscription charge (€50, I think). But I am ok with that as it really works for me. I use it almost every night before sleep, and sometimes another session during the day if I need to destress, or want a powernap. Now that I can create a favourites list, it’s super easy to select a different track, which has greatly improved the app experience. They also regularly add new tracks, and the battery seems to last a long time, even with daily use.

NLThe design flaw vibration motor The design with the vibration motor is delicate of the sensate 2 pebble. Only a slight drop cause it to malfunction and creat noise that is everyhing except calming. Bit frustrating given the purchase price. Especially as there is no solution or for customer service to help past warrenty. One option CS offered was to enlist in referral program eligablenfor a free sensate. But promoting such feels just wrong. I might need to macgiver it, crack it open and fix it myself. A shame i did like it while the pebble when it did worked.
