NLThe design flaw vibration motor The design with the vibration motor is delicate of the sensate 2 pebble. Only a slight drop cause it to malfunction and creat noise that is everyhing except calming. Bit frustrating given the purchase price. Especially as there is no solution or for customer service to help past warrenty. One option CS offered was to enlist in referral program eligablenfor a free sensate. But promoting such feels just wrong. I might need to macgiver it, crack it open and fix it myself. A shame i did like it while the pebble when it did worked.

GBGood device, horrible sound tracks I purchased a Sensate and got an annual subscription to Sensate Plus (service that provides additional sound tracks). I do think the device has benefits and particularly helped me improve my sleep. Unfortunately, most of the soundtracks are truly awful. I thought that by spending $60/year for the extra tracks, I would find better options. In fact, the Plus tracks are some of the worst. I realize this is subjective, but the fact I grew increasingly distracted by the new tracks (all the new tracks) I lost the benefit. They should be calming, not distracting. I wish Sensate would find better curators/composers.

DEI love the experience as such but the… I love the experience as such but the songs to choose from are so limited and most of them even require an add-on subscription! I now always turn off the sound and listen to the App Endel instead while I keep the vibration.

GBSensate is a remarkable device that… Sensate is a remarkable device that keeps on giving. I’ve used it most days for the last 2 years for relaxation and improved sleep. Coupled with the App and ever growing number of Sound Scapes to choose from, 10 mins - 30 mins can make such a difference. The science behind its development is worth reading up on. Customer Support is marvellous in putting things right should something go a miss. Sensate is a considered purchase but worth every penny.
