Very helpful with breast cancer treatment I have breast cancer and often find myself in an anxious and panicky state about my chemotherapy and life after treatment. Sensate is enormously helpful in bringing me into a ventral vagal state where I am not so alarmed and can take my journey step by step. There is a good choice of different sound tracks. The app is simple to use and battery life of Sensate is good. It lasts more than a week if I use it twice a day. I would totally recommend Sensate for anyone who needs a little support with a daily meditation practice or even those who do have a daily meditation practice. Even if you have never considered meditation, you may find this little device is a support in moving from a state of fight and flight into a calmer state of social integration where you are able to respond to what is going on instead of reacting to what is going on

Works like magic! I have ADHD and I find Sensate really helpful when I find myself in overwhelm and my mind is running in overdrive. It helps me calm my mind and focus . It’s a great self help aid that’s so easy to implement and it really works!

Life saver 🙏 I've struggle with anxiety & stress all my life, I've tried so many things to manage it and this device is the only one that works EVERY time and in just 1 minute! Excellent customer service. The first time I contacted Sensate customer service I had some trouble with getting certain tracks on the app to work, and even though it took some time to work out the issue I got really good help and support all the way until the problem was fixed. Then my sensate started to malfunction just over a year after I got it. Of course the warranty (for one year) had just run out, even so I still got a brand new sensate, free of charge. The customer service I've received has been excellent all the way.

The design flaw vibration motor The design with the vibration motor is delicate of the sensate 2 pebble. Only a slight drop cause it to malfunction and creat noise that is everyhing except calming. Bit frustrating given the purchase price. Especially as there is no solution or for customer service to help past warrenty. One option CS offered was to enlist in referral program eligablenfor a free sensate. But promoting such feels just wrong. I might need to macgiver it, crack it open and fix it myself. A shame i did like it while the pebble when it did worked.
