Helps me when I am depressed or anxious… Helps me when I am depressed or anxious and wound up. There is a good variety of different tracks, which is ever growing, if you subscribe to A plus.

Life saver 🙏 I've struggle with anxiety & stress all my life, I've tried so many things to manage it and this device is the only one that works EVERY time and in just 1 minute! It's very simple & just works because it "massages" your nerves to be in parasympathetic mode, and calm your physical signs of stress. Naturally your mind relaxes because you feel that you can handle the panic attack, it just goes away. I never travel without it in case I need it and often use it before going to bed to relax & prepare for a good night of sleep. Thanks to all the team at Sensate who created this life saving device!

Very helpful with breast cancer treatment I have breast cancer and often find myself in an anxious and panicky state about my chemotherapy and life after treatment. Sensate is enormously helpful in bringing me into a ventral vagal state where I am not so alarmed and can take my journey step by step. There is a good choice of different sound tracks. The app is simple to use and battery life of Sensate is good. It lasts more than a week if I use it twice a day. I would totally recommend Sensate for anyone who needs a little support with a daily meditation practice or even those who do have a daily meditation practice. Even if you have never considered meditation, you may find this little device is a support in moving from a state of fight and flight into a calmer state of social integration where you are able to respond to what is going on instead of reacting to what is going on

Good device, horrible sound tracks I purchased a Sensate and got an annual subscription to Sensate Plus (service that provides additional sound tracks). I do think the device has benefits and particularly helped me improve my sleep. Unfortunately, most of the soundtracks are truly awful. I thought that by spending $60/year for the extra tracks, I would find better options. In fact, the Plus tracks are some of the worst. I realize this is subjective, but the fact I grew increasingly distracted by the new tracks (all the new tracks) I lost the benefit. They should be calming, not distracting. I wish Sensate would find better curators/composers.

Ive never used anything like sensate… Ive never used anything like sensate before but im an engineer and will give life altering tech an opportunity. And That, it is… Also i want to give the support team a shoutout for being prompt in response AND THEY CALLED ME. Shoutout to the product development team. Truly an amazing device. My only request would be to open up the app to integrate outside music to work with the device. SleepTube on youtube makes some great musical pieces that have visual breathing q’s. Actually that would be an amazing collaboration…
