They have a very well laid out monthly reporting structure and are very responsive to email communication. Our shop stopped using their services not due to any dissatisfaction with them but rather due to the growth of the in-house digital marketing team, which was able to take over the Ad Words account management.

They are an advertising agency and I have no doubt that any of the good reviews that they have are all made up. If you want to throw your money away go right ahead and give ‘em a call because that’s all that’s going to happen. Joel is a top notch scam artist. STAY AWAY FROM STARWOOD MEDIA.

Effective and Efficient Ryan at SEO Arbiter has been great! He has saved me a lot of money compared to the way I was running my Google Adwords account. Also, my money is being spent much more efficiently. When Ryan sets my accounts up to get specific results, I see them. When he adds or cuts something from my Adwords account, I can tell at the store level based on calls we get and customers that come in. It's a very effective campaign and is the best advertising I do. Highly recommend!
