Good service They can much more better

Created Adwords Campaign and Rocked it! They created an entire adwords campaign and their pricing was incredibly fair. We are super happy with the end result (which was to bring in significantly more business). They continue to optimize our campaign so that it becomes more cost effective over time. I can't recommend them highly enough.

SEO Arbiter was a surprise addition to our SEO marketing program as they did a complimentary overview of our Ad Words campaigns and presented suggestions for internal management as well as a package plan for their management. I found them to be very helpful at the onset with converting a PPC campaign from Ad Words Express to Ad Words, as well as performing market research for our field (automotive repair) and our location to determine the hot value keywords to target with ads. They have a very well laid out monthly reporting structure and are very responsive to email communication. Our shop stopped using their services not due to any dissatisfaction with them but rather due to the growth of the in-house digital marketing team, which was able to take over the Ad Words account management.

Objection Overcomer Champions I hired this company for the goal of optimizing my Google adwords campaigns. I believed through my conversations with the rep and real time experiences that I was losing way to much from broad match searches, and unrelated products. I wanted 8-10 smaller campaigns to focus on product lines and track specific variations and fitments that have to do with my products. After my first week, the initial batches of keywords were ready and it seemed like the work had been done in a slightly wrong direction (but the work was still solid). I was pretty irritated and wrote a few scathing emails... I got a phone call and spoke for about 30 minutes with someone who assured me they'd get everything straightened out. 48 or so hours later, I sit here and write... that SEO Arbiter's strongest attribute is a drive to ensure their customer satisfaction. I went to take another look at my campaigns and it is obvious how much work went into this. Their work is sleek, and meticulously executed. They have absolutely knocked it (the revisions) out of the park. SEO Arbiter, you have taken your most dissatisfied customer and turned them into your happiest. I only give 4 stars because I feel that the communication between the inside sales agent to the developmental implementation team could have had better correspondence.

not worth while by any means The essential problem is that this company has less of a clue in regards to what it is doing than any other firm you can talk to. There is no transparency in regards to what they do. There is no clear visibility of it in search engines and they simply charge a way without notice. They gave a few free months to catch up but there was no essential result here. The main person we dealt with the was [name] and though he understood what the needs were he failed to deliver by any means. I would advise people to think twice about using this service because the fact is there is no liability for a failure with SEO companies. I would not say that this company is malicious as they are over promising and under delivering.
