Do not produce positive results It is not completely horrible but it is bad because working 4-5 month with them we lost 15% of our organic traffic.

They are an advertising agency and I have no doubt that any of the good reviews that they have are all made up. If you want to throw your money away go right ahead and give ‘em a call because that’s all that’s going to happen. Joel is a top notch scam artist. STAY AWAY FROM STARWOOD MEDIA.

Our company stayed with them for approximately 3-4 months during which time we didn't receive any increase whatsover in lead flow. The leads we did receive were supposedly coming through our email. Out of the 6 leads Joel was supposed to forward to our email only 2 were received and 1 of those leads told me he didn't even contact us for anything. Not sure where the other 4 went but it wasn't to us. I question whether this experience was a scam. I expected their company to keep in contact with me to let me know the best way to benefit from their service but that didn't happen either. Definitely would not recommend this company to anyone. Total waste of time and money.

I believed through my conversations with the rep and real time experiences that I was losing way to much from broad match searches, and unrelated products. They have absolutely knocked it (the revisions) out of the park. SEO Arbiter, you have taken your most dissatisfied customer and turned them into your happiest. I only give 4 stars because I feel that the communication between the inside sales agent to the developmental implementation team could have had better correspondence.
