They are an advertising agency and I have no doubt that any of the good reviews that they have are all made up. SEO Arbiter was a surprise addition to our SEO marketing program as they did a complimentary overview of our Ad Words campaigns and presented suggestions for internal management as well as a package plan for their management. I found them to be very helpful at the onset with converting a PPC campaign from Ad Words Express to Ad Words, as well as performing market research for our field (automotive repair) and our location to determine the hot value keywords to target with ads. They have a very well laid out monthly reporting structure and are very responsive to email communication. Our shop stopped using their services not due to any dissatisfaction with them but rather due to the growth of the in-house digital marketing team, which was able to take over the Ad Words account management.
