SEO Arbiter was a surprise addition to our SEO marketing program as they did a complimentary overview of our Ad Words campaigns and presented suggestions for internal management as well as a package plan for their management. I found them to be very helpful at the onset with converting a PPC campaign from Ad Words Express to Ad Words, as well as performing market research for our field (automotive repair) and our location to determine the hot value keywords to target with ads. They have a very well laid out monthly reporting structure and are very responsive to email communication. Our shop stopped using their services not due to any dissatisfaction with them but rather due to the growth of the in-house digital marketing team, which was able to take over the Ad Words account management.

Brad at SEO Arbiter I've been working with Brad at SEO Arbiter for more than a few weeks. He has been very patient and understanding while dealing with my indecisiveness. He takes the time to clearly explain the Who? What? Where? and Why? to me so there isn't any confusion or doubt. Brad is very knowledgeable, definitely a SEO Guru you want to have for your business. Brad is the whole package not only is he very knowledgeable and patient, he also has the talent to talk to you like a real person and equal.

Do not produce positive results It is not completely horrible but it is bad because working 4-5 month with them we lost 15% of our organic traffic.

Our company stayed with them for approximately 3-4 months during which time we didn't receive any increase whatsover in lead flow. The leads we did receive were supposedly coming through our email. Out of the 6 leads Joel was supposed to forward to our email only 2 were received and 1 of those leads told me he didn't even contact us for anything. Not sure where the other 4 went but it wasn't to us. I question whether this experience was a scam. I expected their company to keep in contact with me to let me know the best way to benefit from their service but that didn't happen either. Definitely would not recommend this company to anyone. Total waste of time and money.
