A bit slow support but I got the refund. [Edited Comment]I wanted to cancel my membership and sent a request but it took a while till I got a response. A few days and when I read the negative comments about this company I worried. But finally they sent my money back.

It slowed down my computer drastically… It slowed down my computer drastically while using it, I had to get rid of it. You need to have a super fast processor to be able to use it. Then it was pretty impossible to cancel, nor to get a refund as it was advertised on the sign-up page. Good concept, but does not work very well.

Faulty product and poor customer service I subscribed to TubeBuddy, hoping to improve the performance of my posted YouTube videos. I used the keyword tool several times with no observable benefit. The extension does not work on Firefox, which is my favorite browser. I contacted customer service about the problem and was told "Use another browser". A one-star rating is higher than they deserve.
