MAMust pay for the slightest service When I first installed the extension, they'd let you do some keyword exploring before asking you to pay for a subscription. Now you can't even do that, can't do anything with this useless extension unless you pay. VidIQ FTW!

GBFaulty product and poor customer service I subscribed to TubeBuddy, hoping to improve the performance of my posted YouTube videos. I used the keyword tool several times with no observable benefit. The extension does not work on Firefox, which is my favorite browser. I contacted customer service about the problem and was told "Use another browser". A one-star rating is higher than they deserve.
