Contact form spammers desperate for business I have decided to NEVER use them as I don't do business with desperate spammers

Faulty product and poor customer service I subscribed to TubeBuddy, hoping to improve the performance of my posted YouTube videos. I used the keyword tool several times with no observable benefit. The extension does not work on Firefox, which is my favorite browser. I contacted customer service about the problem and was told "Use another browser". A one-star rating is higher than they deserve.

A bit slow support but I got the refund. [Edited Comment]I wanted to cancel my membership and sent a request but it took a while till I got a response. A few days and when I read the negative comments about this company I worried. But finally they sent my money back.

Must pay for the slightest service When I first installed the extension, they'd let you do some keyword exploring before asking you to pay for a subscription. Now you can't even do that, can't do anything with this useless extension unless you pay. VidIQ FTW!
