GBFirst class prices budget class… First class prices budget class service! Where to begin? We stayed at the Ibis, Brisbane Airport, the staff are indifferent and not helpful, I asked if they did room service and was told they did so I ordered some drinks only to be told to “.. come down to reception and collect it ..”. Breakfast was included in the price but when I asked for a Latte I was told that was extra. When we checked in the receptionist said if we used anything from the mini bar we would be charged but the mini bar was empty (unlike the bin, which was full of rubbish when we arrived in the room). Plus the fact that there was only one side table by the bed. All in all very unsatisfactory. I will not be using Ibis again.

GBThe Ibis hotel liverpool Albert docks… The Ibis hotel liverpool Albert docks,Well what can we say except how disappointing our stay was our room number 420 could not see out of our window due to the poor condensation between the window and our door pass key needed to be re- activated 3 times to get it to work had to wait before we could speak to some one did'nt look to helpful,the room itself once toilet was flushed had a problem stopping it bathroom door seen better days had trouble closing it no ventilation in the bathroom,well if there was it was not working the staff were certainly not on the ball,Now our Daughter and fiance's room number 422 asked for a double room not two single beds pushed together then there's the bathroom the door again poor fit hanging of the hinges repair guy turns up hits the door with a hammer a couple of times said he would be back and never did so they gave my Daughter another room with no view wont be goin here again ever.

GBDespite confirming we would be… Despite confirming we would be allocated a ground floor room ( i have mobility issues) via e- mail. Upon our arrival at 1.40 from our flight we were given a room on the 7th floor !!!!. Room was the smallest we have ever been in , although this is a budget hotel there is not enough room to swing a cat around , The bed was butted up against the wall on one side , Total joke. AVOID AT ALL COST is my advice.

GBDisgusting behaviour I’m and was a regular client at bath road Heathrow . Always have a day room with them . And always parked at a single bay only with electric car charger. But I don’t know know what triggered so called General manager CHANDER Kaushik…. Sent his staff after two hours of my checking in saying I should move my car ignored the staff as I was in no position at the time . The idiot chander kaushik had to come personally on the fourth floor knocks on my door . Very annoyed I was and I’m still . excuse used was lift com. Very bad manners is what get from Indian management. No signs were there as not to park. I left for the day and was his car parked n charging . I don’t use this hotel no more they need Englishman or woman managing not the idiot above .
