Despite confirming we would be… Despite confirming we would be allocated a ground floor room ( i have mobility issues) via e- mail. Upon our arrival at 1.40 from our flight we were given a room on the 7th floor !!!!. Room was the smallest we have ever been in , although this is a budget hotel there is not enough room to swing a cat around , The bed was butted up against the wall on one side , Total joke. AVOID AT ALL COST is my advice.

Genuinely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. AVOID! Horrific service. I would never ever ever use the Swansea hotel again. I was placed there as part of housing (which I do contribute towards) but my room wasn’t cleaned for 2 weeks. No clean sheets, no rubbish removed, staff really couldn’t give a ****. Was told that as I was Housing I had no expectation of having my room cleaned, it was just a “courtesy”. Hope they enjoyed having to clean up the large pile of rubbish I left them in the middle of room. If they weren’t going to clean it up then neither would I. Don’t waste your money with this place

Worst hotel ever Stayed at Shoreditch London. I do have to question some of these reviews. Quite simply one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Poor location, poor mattress (about 4” thick), bathroom was fully plastic and looks like it’s more suited to an aeroplane, room very hot and air con not working or turned off due to time of year. Then to breakfast, hot food was Luke warm at best and sparse. Never again.

We stayed at the Ibis, Brisbane Airport, the staff are indifferent and not helpful, I asked if they did room service and was told they did so I ordered some drinks only to be told to “.. come down to reception and collect it ..”. Breakfast was included in the price but when I asked for a Latte I was told that was extra. When we checked in the receptionist said if we used anything from the mini bar we would be charged but the mini bar was empty (unlike the bin, which was full of rubbish when we arrived in the room). Plus the fact that there was only one side table by the bed.
