GBReally Easy to Use. Outstanding Customer Support!! We have been Socialbug customers for over 5 years. We are highly satisfied with software. Software/backoffice is easy to use. The most outstanding aspect of Socialbug is the customer support team; the live chat feature is quite useful when immediate support is required. More technical issues are quickly escalated and promptly responded by skilled Socialbug developers on tickets.

GBRun!! WORST company ever!! With no exaggeration... Marko from outside the United States is an extreme abuser when on their end things are broke. He will also tell you to pay when they have a glitch or something needs fixed to improve their software. He will always tell you that they don't need you because they have better customers who pay more. I have stored tons of emails of verbal abuse that would never be tolerated if he was located in the United States. On top of it all the product is very outdated, slow, hard to use and constant bugs and glitches. The worst company I have ever dealt with! Leaving for other software has been a huge relief and saved a ton of money vs what I paid for 6 years that they never did get working properly. They say not a USA based company. There is a guy named Kyle in Broward county Florida who is a partner and has a day job and Marko who is in Serbia outside of the USA runs it and is the most vile man ever!

GBExcellent Affiliate & Party Plan Software I've been using SocialBug for ten months and the customer support is the best I've experienced so far. They have many affiliate and party plan features and tools that make it very reliable, the user interface and admin interface are simple and intuitive. You can track affiliates and their commissions and payouts. The integration process with wordpress and woocommerce is very easy and you receive great online support from the customer care team. There are many compatible APIs that allow you to make your own replicated websites and support your customers and affiliates' needs. It is an excellent affiliate and party plan program.

GBBeware The Bugs. You get what you pay for. This software has grown and gotten better, we will grant them that, but not before we got so frustrated by the glitches, and lost so much money from the errors, that we put our efforts into building ourselves our own backoffice to run our business. Here is our goodbye letter to SocialBug(s) Here is your update. Shame on you and your product for almost crashing our business. Shame on you for charging a customer $300 to build them a tax module (which was once included in your system, but you could not keep up with the updates, and on 5/22/2017 you said "Will integrate TaxCloud end of this year into Backoffice, then on 10/25/2017 sent us an email to charge $300 for it. Did you wonder why we didn’t accept that offer? Did you think we forgot that you promised to give it back to us at no charge?") and THEN putting that Tax Module into your shopping cart to sell to others. Does the customer you charged to build it for THEM know that you are now profiting from it by selling it others? Shame on you for charging us $500 to build a Stripe payment integration, then including it in your backend as an "Added Feature" for your other customers. Bet that made you look good. Do they know that you built it by scalping another customer? Shame on you for minimal to no documentation. A knowledgebase was promised in an email on 2/13/2017. STILL no documentation, and you even asked US how to produce video. Shame on you, March 2 2017, for charging us $400 to implement invoices into your system. You knew you had us over a barrel. You knew we could not do business without invoices, so you took advantage of that situation to drop a few coins into your pocket. Regardless of the fact that this took A MONTH to get right, you then, again, folded it into your system as an "Added Feature", giving yourself a boost at our expense. We would like to thank you, however, for the genuine big belly laugh you gave us on 7/6/2018, when you suddenly decided to answer Tickets we had submitted around mid-April 2016!!! At first we thought it was a glitch in your system, but then we opened those emails and you actually had the nerve to send answers to tickets submitted a year ago!! Your system has gotten much better over the past year, I will grant you that - but the irreparable damage it has done to our company over the past two years cannot be forgotten. We have forgotten nothing. We have records of everything and we will file everything, including this letter of "Good Riddance". Approximately 1 year ago I went back to school to hone my PHP, Ajax, JavaScript, Bootstrap skills. I've spent the last 8 months using that new education to build us our own back office system. That new Back Office was launched this past weekend, July 15, 2018, pretty much 2 months past the anniversary of the date that we just gave up and stopped putting in tickets for all the insane FUBARS running rampant in your system (or else there would be a great deal more trouble tickets than 143). Our remaining consultants, those that hung around despite a backoffice they could not trust to get their orders right, those that trusted we were working to make things better, can’t thank us enough! Feel free to take a look (link removed). So our update is Good Riddance , Fairwell, Good Bye, Au revoir, Farvel, Auf Wiedersehen, Addio, Adiós, and - finally, Bésame el trasero. Our future is jumping for joy.
