HKBE AWARE! UNABLE TO UNLOCK iPHONE 7+ WITH SOFTBANK i have waited over 2 weeks but no unlocking confirmation so only when i have contacted them asking for the status, they got back to me just to tell me that they're going to refund me due to delay, and i could resubmit a new order. this is a joke! i still haven't even got my refund through my credit card and they expect me to place a new order!? i'm starting to have a feeling this might be a scam... i'd rather just wait a little while more than to wait until i can comfort the refund, then resubmitting the order (i expect i will have to wait another 2 weeks) and who knows if they're going to do the same by telling me they're going to refund me due to another delay. time is money and i feel as i've wasted 2 weeks of my time simply to get my money back (i'm still waiting for this to show up on my credit card). at least try to do something about it rather than just giving a refund and asking to place a new order. terrible experience.

GBSmooth Transaction and Result Decided to give MyIMEIUnlock.com a try after looking at their reviews. I have used other unlocks in the far past but they no longer exist. The ordering process was easy, the unlock from AT&T took 24 hours from order, and the iTunes process was simple. My iPhone 6s plus is running its new sim without issue. My comparable lock done directly with the carrier was much more painful. The AT&T unlock site is a pain, the email back and forth codes take a bunch of time, and the elapsed time from starting the process to the unlock is most easily measured in days, often including a failure of some sort.

ATI never get the information I payed … I never get the information I payed for. I just wanna knew if my phone is locked or unlocked and so I payed for it. Now they dont respond on my e-mails and just tell my that I allready get the information, which is not right. DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING!!! THEY ARE DECEIVER!!! YOU WILL NEVER GET THE INFORMATION YOU PAY FOR!!!

GBMy iPhone still locked with Softbank 6 weeks after paying them Although their website is professional and they sometimes reply back to email, I still find their service unacceptable. I paid $89 to unlock my iPhone 6 Plus, they sent me an email that the job is completed. This is not the case, my phone is still locked with Softbank. I had to contact them, reconfirmed my IMEI number. The Customer Service got back to me saying they were passing it to their Support team as they can see it is still locked with a specific carrier. 6 weeks later, nothing happened. I've been trying to get in touch but no luck. If this is the standard service this company provides, I would like to advise others to look elsewhere.

GBAmazing customer service I just cannot believe such exemplary service still exists today especially in the nature of work these guys do and with so many scam businesses out there in this business. They are genuine, ethical and high level of customer service. I would always use them and highly recommend them.
