GBMy masseuse was supposed to be “Ellie”-… My masseuse was supposed to be “Ellie”- an older man entered the room and proceeded to massage my back, not listening to anything I was telling him. He pressed too hard and never had me turn over. I asked him to massage my arms (pointing to my arms) and he nodded.....then he massaged my back more, completely ignoring my request. Wish I could get a refund.
