I appreciated the ease of booking an… I appreciated the ease of booking an appointment online for a chair massage and thought the price was right. It was a little weird having the chair in the lobby of the business. That made me uncomfortable and I wouldn't choose to have that experience again. I also prefer the therapist to resist speaking. It's easier to relax if I'm not answering non-therapy related questions.

My masseuse was supposed to be “Ellie”-… My masseuse was supposed to be “Ellie”- an older man entered the room and proceeded to massage my back, not listening to anything I was telling him. He pressed too hard and never had me turn over. I asked him to massage my arms (pointing to my arms) and he nodded.....then he massaged my back more, completely ignoring my request. Wish I could get a refund.
