I was trying to get an advance today but it want you to do all this stuff just to get an advance. I am not going through all of that for a little advance that will be spent today so I decided to deactivate the account. These people telling me I am on a waitlist so it not letting me deactivate the account. I don’t care what waitlist I am on . The same way you put me up there today you can take me right off it. It’s a scam. I am pissed off right now they lucky they not physically in front of me. People need help and all this apps do is play games with people money. I better not see one cent come out of my bank account. I already called bank and let them know what is going on. Scammers. This app sucks. Use Dave app or Empower they give you cash advance over 75 dollars.

SCAM APP AND COMPANY SCAM APP AND COMPANY. When it was line I created the account and my email had two capital letters in it, now that they have changed over the new app interface will not allow me to input any capital letter only lower case. Now making me create a new account, but they’re still taking money monthly from the old account. It’s been over 2 weeks of back in fourth with the support reps with no resolution. The address is a co-working location..scam.

Deposited money into beem atm still on hold Deposited money into a bank I’ve been with over 20 years, and it’s been put on hold. Said 2-5 days and it still hasn’t gone through. Terrible.

So I’ve been a customer for years and… So I’ve been a customer for years and all of a sudden the app wouldn’t update my current bank balance but Beem had no issues taking my monthly fee and a prior advance the same day. I contacted Beem CS and they advised me to delete and reinstall the app which I did, no luck. So I was advised to close the account which I did and reactivate. I tried to reactivate and it blocked me. Chat with CS again and they basically blamed it on there system takes into consideration a number of factors deciding to open an account. Not only is this the WORSE CS but the platform is very shady. I would steer clear of this company for they DO NOT help a good customer.
