GBSo I’ve been a customer for years and… So I’ve been a customer for years and all of a sudden the app wouldn’t update my current bank balance but Beem had no issues taking my monthly fee and a prior advance the same day. I contacted Beem CS and they advised me to delete and reinstall the app which I did, no luck. So I was advised to close the account which I did and reactivate. I tried to reactivate and it blocked me. Chat with CS again and they basically blamed it on there system takes into consideration a number of factors deciding to open an account. Not only is this the WORSE CS but the platform is very shady. I would steer clear of this company for they DO NOT help a good customer.

GBTrying to scam us. There are pros and cons here. The pros is you’re able to withdraw money when you need it but I wish it would give us a bit of a warning or a notification so we are better prepared. They told me that if they see your account has money in it, they’ll basically take what they want without letting you know. They won’t give you a date or anything. They don’t send out a notification. And they have done this to me three times this week because I made a deposit over the weekend now I have to wait a week to receive a deposit. Really?! It’s our money. You’re taking it without letting us know. It’s a ripoff

GBAwful Awful. Have advised them not to touch my bank account and they still do. I never signed up with this company. Everytime I talk to someone it's a generic answer. They are crooks. I am always talking to someone overseas and can't get someone to understand what I'm saying.
