Good Product- NO support when things go wrong! We have used this service for the past three years without a glitch and loved how easy it was to use and cost effective. However we have had a problem with a $150.00 gift card that can't be redeemed through the vendor. Our request for support has been pending for over 45 days! Very poor support when things go wrong!

Very unprofessional Very unprofessional, cancelled registration 3/23 for webinar. Asked for insight contacted marketing lady twice no reply (name removed as requested by trustpilot). I was sent an originally invite from her to join this on 3/16 and retain it. Tried to join on the day of, said removed. No replies from the company as well as poor communication. Difficulty in redeeming orders/rewards in the past, do your self a favor and use Sendoso.

Cancelled my order and no refund given I ordered four e-Gift cards for my wonderful volunteers from Corporate Card Online store. They accepted my payment with an instant email reply. A minute later, I received another email informing me that they have declined my order. I am fine with this if they do not want my business but it has been 9 days since and I have not received the re-fund. I submitted an online complaint and followed up with two emails. No one has got back to me. Worst experience ever!
