SENo Export, Locked for life, Price increases There is no easy way to export your pages when you stop using their platform. So better think twice before investing in such a platform. In addition the prices increase every year with your old plan not maintained (you're forced to upgrade). I hope this comment won't get deleted as the one I posted on their forum disappeared.

CADisappointing... Shady business practices, pricing frequently changes. Instapage started us on a $49/mo plan. A year later, that price increased to $79/mo with minimal feature additions. Now another year later, we're told that our price will increase to $199/mo this December without choice. When we voiced our concern with their customer service desk, we were told that we could go elsewhere for our landing page needs. When we voiced our concern on their Facebook post (along with dozens of other disappointed customers), our comments were deleted and our ability to comment on their posts was disabled. Nothing but shady business practices from this company. Looking forward to switching to a provider that provides actual customer service and can keep their pricing/business model consistent for more than 12 months. Best of luck.

ARYou seriously need to improve... You have a decent service, but you don't provide an efficient way to communicate bugs or service flaws. You also don't provide a public roadmap of things you are working on, and support forum answers are all like "Thank you. We will see what can we do in the future". For example, spam protection (a simple captcha) should be at top of your priorities to avoid fake leads. There were other very simple considerations (as simple as changing a value in your config, because of an old limitation) that won't never be implemented on your side and difficult us our job.

ESAfter you get in touch for information After you get in touch for information, they send you constant emails. Once you actually send them the details they asked for, to set up a call they disappear and never show up again. If this is the start of a collaboration, I don’t want to see the rest.
