Refund Hello, Without my consent and information streamgaga charged me with resubscribtion wage. They billed me 59 dollar. But l did not want resubscribtion. They have not informed me before billing period about resubscription. I have written them and asked refund, but they do not respond me. I want my money back.

The program is very good The program is very good, it delivers as promised. On the other hand, the customer support team is always attentive if you need help.

Terrible Had to buy the program only to find out that the site I wanted to download from wasn’t supported (even though the StreamGaGa site says it was supported!). Email responses are terrible and will not give me a refund.

I would have scored zero stars but alas… I would have scored zero stars but alas 1 star is as low as I can go. StreamGaGa basically doesn't work as advertised. I purchased this to download some cycling shows from ITV, but then discovered that the ITV downloads DO NOT WORK. I e-mailed StreamGaGa's (very limited) customer service, who replied to confirm that ITV downloads don't work. Yet, they are still advertising the software as working with ITV. So, they are guilty of false advertising and mis-selling. On top of all that, their customer service is APPALLING. A complete lack of interest, and no response to me requesting a refund. I am now getting a refund through other means instead. AVOID like the plague !!
