GBthis is the worst company I have ever… this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I'm a disabled senior and only get paid once a month and am on a strict budget as you would expect. Since january 2024 it has been nothing but problems with late fees the way they have it set up on my account no matter when I pay my bill there will always be a late fee. The due date has been getting closer every month to my payday. They tell me it depends on my billing cycle, hmm that's funny I've never had that problem before now, but I can make a payment over the phone. Over the phone or internet I might as well announce all my information to everybody. I can't get any cooperation, it boils down to bend over and take it up the tailpipe because that's all the cooperation your going to get and this is an ongoing thing
