Great Experience Great Experience. I have been using their VPS for 2-3 weeks. My experience is Great. Server is always easy to connect. Up time is excellent. I am running 2 MT4 Terminals for live trading and continuous backtesting and the server never show problem doing it's job. Terrible customer service I've used this company for a couple of years and then decided that FX trading wasn't for me. I've asked them several times now to close my account and for the second month in a row they have taken payment. They told me they had closed my account but clearly hadn't. The service itself wasn't the best with the vps often being down and then having to contact them to tell them to reinstate my service (they also would never tell me how long the vps had been down)which always felt like pulling teeth. Avoid this company if you want a) a reliable vps service and b) good customer service.

Don't rent a VPS server from FXSVPS… Don't rent a VPS server from these guys because you will receive an error 403 which basically blocks the port to communicate with MQL community which is required for your Algo to connect and work. After opening a ticket and explaining my situation, I made sure to elaborate not to touch my server and fix the network issue, they went ahead and rebooted my server without my approval, which cause my algo to detach from MT5 and I had open trades which now I have to wait to close them manually. Worst and stupid tech support I have ever encountered in my life. Based out of India and the guy on the chat call himself Allen Bright. Stay away guys and don't waste your money. I'm now fighting with them to refund me my server money even though I only had the server for one week. They are offering me a new server instead which I refused. Very bad company run by unprofessionals.
