Thus, have to open a support ticket and write in. However, they are not responding to your support ticket either. Still figuring out how to cancel my plan. I should have read the reviews here before signing up my plans. Apparently many others also received poor support. I wonder if those good reviews are written by themselves.

Great Experience Great Experience. I have been using their VPS for 2-3 weeks. My experience is Great. Server is always easy to connect. Up time is excellent. I am running 2 MT4 Terminals for live trading and continuous backtesting and the server never show problem doing it's job.
