Server offline for 4 days, no support Our server went offline on Friday and has been down now for 4 days. Ticket support has responded with a single, one line message saying "Please wait for updates as we continue to work on this problem." We've been begging them for 3 days to provide any additional detail but they ghosted us. We've lost years of data and their service is so slow that some recent backups were corrupted because of intermittent loss of connectivity before the complete outage.

This company probably operates on such… This company probably operates on such thin margins, that when they go down, like 3 days ago, they have no equipment or people to help get it back up. They ran smoothly for years, now they are fully down. All they said is "please bear with us, hardware and software issues". AFter asking repeatedly for updates, you get nothing and you can't call them. Terrible. NO idea when its coming back on online after 3 days!
