Sir Jay is very humble man, he always answered and suggested politely even my concerns was already in their knowledgebase. I've been with other VPS hosting companies for the past 10 years, with my experienced their are only few providers that after sales support is good. PLTerrible customer support, waiting 3+ weeks for my DirectAdmin license There's literally no one who will answer your ticket. I've been waiting for 3+ weeks now for my DirectAdmin license to be activated - and this whole time no one replied at all. Was once great, but now it's just an absolute nightmare with this customer support.

BRNEXUS VPS service doesn't work I hired the NEXUS VPS service, it doesn't work. I've been without access for 10 days, I've already opened two tickets and the support doesn't respond It's not a user fault, I know what I'm doing, I use several VPS from other companies. their charge continues... today I received the email warning me to renew. joke.

GBMind-blowing VPS Services I don't see why I should put less than 5 stars. Their VPS services are great and I have had no major issues so far. The network speed is very fast & the servers appear to have great performance. It's also very surprising that they can offer Blesta, DirectAdmin, ApisCP, CWPRO Panel, and more at such a cheap price with these amazing VPS Services. 5/5 stars for NexusBytes, I would definitely recommend their VPS Services (VPS Services because that is the only service I have used from them so far). Their support staff team is also polite & replies fast, and VPS's are activated within the day of purchase which is awesome & more than acceptable. Go Nexusbytes!

GBThis company probably operates on such… This company probably operates on such thin margins, that when they go down, like 3 days ago, they have no equipment or people to help get it back up. They ran smoothly for years, now they are fully down. All they said is "please bear with us, hardware and software issues". AFter asking repeatedly for updates, you get nothing and you can't call them. Terrible. NO idea when its coming back on online after 3 days!
