A nightmare. I own a business account who have a website and vps that should be always online. Until now all was perfect but now nobody answer ticket and since I have a problem on billing I need urgently to contact them. I saw their number on nexusbytes: fake. Is a VOIP number and if I try to call it shows "User busy" or "Number invalid". Now I need to change hosting urgently and hoping that new hosting can migrate my services from old to new. Stay AWAY! Use aruba.it (italy) or hostinger.com for better services! And check always that the phone number is valid!

I've been without access for 10 days, I've already opened two tickets and the support doesn't respond It's not a user fault, I know what I'm doing, I use several VPS from other companies. their charge continues... today I received the email warning me to renew. joke.
