A nightmare. I own a business account who have a website and vps that should be always online. Until now all was perfect but now nobody answer ticket and since I have a problem on billing I need urgently to contact them. I saw their number on nexusbytes: fake. Is a VOIP number and if I try to call it shows "User busy" or "Number invalid". Now I need to change hosting urgently and hoping that new hosting can migrate my services from old to new. Stay AWAY! Use aruba.it (italy) or hostinger.com for better services! And check always that the phone number is valid!

Stay away! From 2016 they gave good hosting but in may 2022 they LITERALLY left the hosting. Just for curisoity, after viewing all bad reviews, I made a ticket saying why and if nexusbytes staff is still alive. Reply: none. 2 Days later... no reply. Since I have a business website + a VPS, soon I'm changing the hosting because I'm scared about auto renew and stuff like this since my card isn't a prepaid one and do a refund contacting the bank is not as easy as with a prepaid card. I don't know why they did this. But please, S T AY A W A Y!

Terrible Support Terrible support. Used NexusBytes for over a year with random server downtime and my account randomly being "disabled". Every support ticket is answered with the following, "Hello, We are working on your issue. Please hold on. Regards, XXXXXXXXXXXXX Technical Support Engineer Nexus Bytes, LLC. But no update or corrective action is given.

Sir Jay is very humble man, he always answered and suggested politely even my concerns was already in their knowledgebase. I've been with other VPS hosting companies for the past 10 years, with my experienced their are only few providers that after sales support is good. Terrible customer support, waiting 3+ weeks for my DirectAdmin license There's literally no one who will answer your ticket. I've been waiting for 3+ weeks now for my DirectAdmin license to be activated - and this whole time no one replied at all. Was once great, but now it's just an absolute nightmare with this customer support.
