A nightmare. I own a business account who have a website and vps that should be always online. Until now all was perfect but now nobody answer ticket and since I have a problem on billing I need urgently to contact them. I saw their number on nexusbytes: fake. Is a VOIP number and if I try to call it shows "User busy" or "Number invalid". Now I need to change hosting urgently and hoping that new hosting can migrate my services from old to new. Stay AWAY! Use aruba.it (italy) or hostinger.com for better services! And check always that the phone number is valid!

Mind-blowing VPS Services I don't see why I should put less than 5 stars. Their VPS services are great and I have had no major issues so far. The network speed is very fast & the servers appear to have great performance. It's also very surprising that they can offer Blesta, DirectAdmin, ApisCP, CWPRO Panel, and more at such a cheap price with these amazing VPS Services. 5/5 stars for NexusBytes, I would definitely recommend their VPS Services (VPS Services because that is the only service I have used from them so far). Their support staff team is also polite & replies fast, and VPS's are activated within the day of purchase which is awesome & more than acceptable. Go Nexusbytes!

This company probably operates on such… This company probably operates on such thin margins, that when they go down, like 3 days ago, they have no equipment or people to help get it back up. They ran smoothly for years, now they are fully down. All they said is "please bear with us, hardware and software issues". AFter asking repeatedly for updates, you get nothing and you can't call them. Terrible. NO idea when its coming back on online after 3 days!

Some problems recently they used to be very good but recently I got a unresponsive VPS for days! and constant problems with control panel which is slow and sometimes unresponsive, also vnc viewer not working anymore and support says it works. Now they agreed to give us a partial refund so it´s ok, hope they get their things fixed and recover what they have been, a very good vps host

Stay away! From 2016 they gave good hosting but in may 2022 they LITERALLY left the hosting. Just for curisoity, after viewing all bad reviews, I made a ticket saying why and if nexusbytes staff is still alive. Reply: none. 2 Days later... no reply. Since I have a business website + a VPS, soon I'm changing the hosting because I'm scared about auto renew and stuff like this since my card isn't a prepaid one and do a refund contacting the bank is not as easy as with a prepaid card. I don't know why they did this. But please, S T AY A W A Y!
