GBPoorly Organised Company can't even call them a LLC Orded a fairly deer server of them and they went down for 4-5 days straight and they responded with "We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused. We are having some unfortunate software and hardware issues in many of our DCs." and now it went down again they said I have to backup my data for future references but why would I need to do that??

BRNEXUS VPS service doesn't work I hired the NEXUS VPS service, it doesn't work. I've been without access for 10 days, I've already opened two tickets and the support doesn't respond It's not a user fault, I know what I'm doing, I use several VPS from other companies. their charge continues... today I received the email warning me to renew. joke.

GBTerrible Support Terrible support. Used NexusBytes for over a year with random server downtime and my account randomly being "disabled". Every support ticket is answered with the following, "Hello, We are working on your issue. Please hold on. Regards, XXXXXXXXXXXXX Technical Support Engineer Nexus Bytes, LLC. But no update or corrective action is given.

CAStay away! From 2016 they gave good hosting but in may 2022 they LITERALLY left the hosting. Just for curisoity, after viewing all bad reviews, I made a ticket saying why and if nexusbytes staff is still alive. Reply: none. 2 Days later... no reply. Since I have a business website + a VPS, soon I'm changing the hosting because I'm scared about auto renew and stuff like this since my card isn't a prepaid one and do a refund contacting the bank is not as easy as with a prepaid card. I don't know why they did this. But please, S T AY A W A Y!
