Nexus Bytes LLC is great especially… Nexus Bytes LLC is great especially their support. I experienced possibly the very best support of all time. Sir Jay is very humble man, he always answered and suggested politely even my concerns was already in their knowledgebase. I've been with other VPS hosting companies for the past 10 years, with my experienced their are only few providers that after sales support is good. All my VPS here have no problem and running smoothly. I highly recommend Nexus Bytes LLC. ( RH Abcede)

They are scamers or just terrible… They are scamers or just terrible service providers. Vps down after one week not responding to ticket. dont even think about purchasing anything from this provider

Terrible customer support, waiting 3+ weeks for my DirectAdmin license There's literally no one who will answer your ticket. I've been waiting for 3+ weeks now for my DirectAdmin license to be activated - and this whole time no one replied at all. Was once great, but now it's just an absolute nightmare with this customer support.

Terrible Support Terrible support. Used NexusBytes for over a year with random server downtime and my account randomly being "disabled". Every support ticket is answered with the following, "Hello, We are working on your issue. Please hold on. Regards, XXXXXXXXXXXXX Technical Support Engineer Nexus Bytes, LLC. But no update or corrective action is given.

Mind-blowing VPS Services I don't see why I should put less than 5 stars. Their VPS services are great and I have had no major issues so far. The network speed is very fast & the servers appear to have great performance. It's also very surprising that they can offer Blesta, DirectAdmin, ApisCP, CWPRO Panel, and more at such a cheap price with these amazing VPS Services. 5/5 stars for NexusBytes, I would definitely recommend their VPS Services (VPS Services because that is the only service I have used from them so far). Their support staff team is also polite & replies fast, and VPS's are activated within the day of purchase which is awesome & more than acceptable. Go Nexusbytes!
