Website down Normally, I would rate their service 5 star, but its currently down...can someone from the german tv company please let us know if and when the service will be back. To add to this...if you look at the trust pilot profile, the company has unclaimed their profile. Furthermore, the reason why nobody can get to their servers as that the DNS resolution for these systems has stopped (these systems are no longer known in DNS). Coupled with the fact that phone calls go unanswered, I would believe that the German TV Company is no longer in business...time will tell, I suppose

It's a great app with a huge selection… It's a great app with a huge selection of national and local TV shows, sports and all types of movies from regional to Hollywood Blockbusters. The TV app isn't as good as the pc app, with at times buffering issues and I find myself resetting the TV app daily. The pc app is great. My connection is over 80mbps so I shouldn't be experiencing buffering issues. It also seems some channels are worse than others. I wish they would offer closed caption in German as this would help me expand my language skills. For $300 US (which they don't mention, so if your are not American brace yourself for the exchange) for the year on the premium package, it's a great deal for the year. $25US per month. I'll be subscribing soon.

Over 1000+ German language movies, live Sports Channels (Soccer, Bundesliga, Sky Channels, Formula 1 GP, Tennis, ARD, etc. ... News, German TV Shows, ... just loving it. Just join and enjoy ... free trial ... very in-expensive ...

I am using their service for 3 years… I am using their service for 3 years now and really never had a problem until the last few days. Website down, nobody answers the phone. I always prepay for one year and definitely not happy about the lack of communication.

German TV Company off To be honest, as a German living in Turkey, I think, they have a serious media license problem, thats why it is off from one second to the other. There is no other logical reason, technical problems dont take so long time, and when you have technical problems, E-Mail support worksm, but their whole homepage is off. I feel very sorry, not just about my payment, but i love this service, and unfortunately I didnt find any comparable service like German TC company. I think, when they return, it will be dfferent name, homepage etc.
