DEGreat customer service I am German, but living in the states. For me it’s worth to pay the amount of the premium service. I love the time shift, to go back in time, or to choose from movies. Back in Germany I definitely paid more for TV without all those features. Issues that I addressed to the messenger, have always been answered patiently. There were sometimes a few technical issues, sometimes caused by myself or errors from the program, but they always have been solved.

GBI am using their service for 3 years… I am using their service for 3 years now and really never had a problem until the last few days. Website down, nobody answers the phone. I always prepay for one year and definitely not happy about the lack of communication.

GBI’m sooooooooo angry I’m sooooooooo angry! Been trying to call nonstop for 4 days nobody answers ! No service ! We just paid almost $300 in December to renew my yearly subscription and nothing works ! I hope you fix this problem fast !!!!!

GBGerman TV service Very sad to see that German TV is off line. I have had service for 7 years with no major problems. Hoopefully it returns soon. Can anyone explain how to download PlayG app?? I cannot find it in google play store .
