My dad loved German TV My dad loved German TV. I paid the entire year as well and passed by their store and they are permanently closed. This company is based out of Brooklyn, NY. Their address is 1404 Avenue Z. The store was called TechStudio. After additional research, I noticed they also did Polish and Ukranian TV. I called the phone numbers listed for them as well and it does not even ring.

Great customer service I am German, but living in the states. For me it’s worth to pay the amount of the premium service. I love the time shift, to go back in time, or to choose from movies. Back in Germany I definitely paid more for TV without all those features. Issues that I addressed to the messenger, have always been answered patiently. There were sometimes a few technical issues, sometimes caused by myself or errors from the program, but they always have been solved.

The channel lineup is awesome, and the fact that one can go as far back as two weeks to watch programs is just fabulous! And should there be the occasional technical issue, Customer Service is FANTASTIC!!! I LOVE this Company!!!
