Much of the content can be had for free using Mediatek app. Apps also don't work properly on several devices, so definitely try before you buy. I'd get this if they offered more functionality, better apps, and much better content than I can get for free+Netflix+Prime. Otherwise, the latter is better.

Really enjoying the app. I've had the Premium now for about a month and am really enjoying it. I'm not a native German speaker but can understand most of what is said so it is a great learning tool. I am a little hard of hearing so the one thing that would really enhance my enjoyment of the content would be the ability to turn on/off closed captioning. The content is super and the ability to go back to prior shows really makes the time change no problem at all. Love all the Bundesliga content!! I'm very happy but I do hope that closed captioning could be added in the future!

My dad loved German TV My dad loved German TV. I paid the entire year as well and passed by their store and they are permanently closed. This company is based out of Brooklyn, NY. Their address is 1404 Avenue Z. The store was called TechStudio. After additional research, I noticed they also did Polish and Ukranian TV. A Wonderful feeling of home in a new land! My husband immigrated to the US from Germany when he was 60 years old. German TV has been a lifesaver for many years now by providing great news programs, wonderful old movies along with current happenings across Europe. The special programming at “Fasching”, and during other holidays is wonderful. In addition to all of that there is soccer, tennis and formula one racing to make him smile. On rare occasion we have had to get some help from the technical team and they worked quickly to resolve our problems. They were friendly, patient and professional! We’ll be with them for many years to come!!!
