Scammed by IOZOOM I requested a refund 7 days ago and they still have not sent me my money. They tell you 48 and 72 hours but it's a lie and it's been 3 days and I still don't get my money back. I think I was scammed by this IOZOOM staff.

Business dead?! I paid for a win vps. Which says "Pending" all the time. Support never responds. Wasted money. I should have see the 1 star reviews before paying them. If you are reading this review, do yourself a favor, avoid them. I think they are about to close their business soon (or they already have!).

I'm not very happy I'm not very happy. I run 3 vps's they prepare vps by max 1 hour. I have paid and created vps 5 hours ago at iozoom but still pending. Open support ticket says they need to manually verify payment, what ?? u got paid manually via paypal ??? already sent me invoice within seconds...hmm... I wonder what would be their fx vps service....Will wait till 24 hours if not done by then...I will ask for moneyback...

I haven't had a single minute of downtime or any issues that would require me to contact support for any reason. They were very professional, walked me through every step, and explained everything extremely well. I would recommend iozoom to anyone.
