I bought a vps from hostus.us I bought a vps from hostus.us, but I waited for an hour before someone activated it, and I sent a lot of work orders during that time, where is the 24 hour customer service? After one hour, it showed that the activation was successful, but the link was not available, the IP always showed closed status, and I kept sending work orders to contact their customer service, but no one replied to me. After waiting for four hours I sent the same work order to every department, but the response I got was that I was being unreasonable, that I had purchased a service, and where was the service you said you would provide? What do you mean by 24 hour manual online service? Why has this fraudulent company survived for so long? Finally received an email from them and privately cancelled my account and can't contact them or get my money back as shown in the screenshot. I regret it because I paid a lot of time.

They don't answer emails They don't answer emails. I was not able to cancel my subscription and try to recharge me for renewal. I have a sent report but they claim that they didn't receive a email. Be aware. I make a claim for paypal and make also a chargeback on my bank account so I got already my money back. Lets see how paypal will handle this.

Lost a 4 year old website and two… Regular server downtime over the course of 9 months I used their slow service. Lost a 4 year old website and two domains in the matter of 24 hours. Must say the best fastest service was the refund and termination of service. I would be very cautious trusting your data in their hands or rely on their customer support.

i am having nightmare of my life with… i am having nightmare of my life with them . 2 of my services down , raised tickets they couldn't resolve for a month plus ,then Alexander (one of support staff) replied will help to move to London , as my other 3 service down there was working . After that response seems either he resigned or went for holiday no news yet , i am without my business emails for a week now .. had made me feel so frustrated with their support .. This is first time experiencing such a long delay , usually its 2-7 days , seems either this company has no support staff or seems everybody quit there .. Until they fix please dont take a risk and buy any services .. now i need to start to plan to move one by one when renewal dates come .. - will change review if they get back asap..

Stay away from this Company! Our company was leasing a IPv4 Subnet at HostUS. At first everything was going great until they received a fake screenshot of someone impersonating us on Discord that stated that we allow Scanning. Without any confirmation that the Screenshot was legitimate, they instantly terminated our Subnet leaving us behind with a revoked route and a COMPLETELY OFFLINE NETWORK. We tried to talk with the Company but with no success. We delivered argument after argument and at the end they just deleted our WHMCS Account because they knew we are in the right. Please stay away from this company if you really want to create something serious and expect people that want to ruin your business. Additionally they have no idea from Networking whatsoever, didn't read our Messages properly after asking the question that was clearly answered in one of our previous Messages.
