I wanted a US based hosting provider… I wanted a US based hosting provider that offered cPanel hosting at an affordable price. It took a little while between the time that I ordered and from when I received the log in data for the cPanel access, but with in a single day I was able to switch hosts, and be live and operational on HostUS.

Ive been with host us since 10th Dec… Ive been with host us since 10th Dec 2016, everything was great for the most part up until about Sept 2018 and odd things started happening and support tickets where taking around 2 weeks to answer. As it progressed more and more issues continued and tickets kept taking longer to resolve or answer. While their service is cheap, support has gone down the tubes in the past 6 months. Ive since moved all my vps's and in waiting for my final day, im still waiting to see if they will resolve my 2 open tickets

Stay away from this Company! Our company was leasing a IPv4 Subnet at HostUS. At first everything was going great until they received a fake screenshot of someone impersonating us on Discord that stated that we allow Scanning. Without any confirmation that the Screenshot was legitimate, they instantly terminated our Subnet leaving us behind with a revoked route and a COMPLETELY OFFLINE NETWORK. We tried to talk with the Company but with no success. We delivered argument after argument and at the end they just deleted our WHMCS Account because they knew we are in the right. Please stay away from this company if you really want to create something serious and expect people that want to ruin your business. Additionally they have no idea from Networking whatsoever, didn't read our Messages properly after asking the question that was clearly answered in one of our previous Messages.

Unbeatable Offers You get what you pay for and with offers such as theirs, you simply cannot complain about delayed support or occasional downtime. The bang for buck more than makes up for it. Overall, a decent service that means money well spent.

i am having nightmare of my life with… i am having nightmare of my life with them . 2 of my services down , raised tickets they couldn't resolve for a month plus ,then Alexander (one of support staff) replied will help to move to London , as my other 3 service down there was working . After that response seems either he resigned or went for holiday no news yet , i am without my business emails for a week now .. had made me feel so frustrated with their support .. This is first time experiencing such a long delay , usually its 2-7 days , seems either this company has no support staff or seems everybody quit there .. Until they fix please dont take a risk and buy any services .. now i need to start to plan to move one by one when renewal dates come .. - will change review if they get back asap..
