GBSolid hosting but watch your own uptime 'cause they won't Solid hardware, good performance, but they won't tell you there's a problem when there's a problem. I've used their VPS hosting for several years. A good value! For some reason, HostUS refuses to notify their customers when they have an outage. That has wasted hours of time as we scramble to troubleshoot something that isn't our fault, nor under our control. Sigh. If they could only get a bit proactive they would be a solid 5 star provider!

PTAmazing Prices and Great Performance I've been using one of their OpenVZ VPS for 1 year and I'm just amazed by the stable performance and of course a super cheap price. Really amazed. One time I had a problem because I couldn't pay the server at time and they gave me 7 extra days. Best support team ever! :) I super recommend them!

SG0Star for worst support team 1. Service down for 10 days plus , everyday I been chasing still no response , they seems don’t care ! 2. In the last the support team was ok. Past one year it’s a nightmare 3. If they don’t improve their support I doubt anyone will continue 4. Those running critical or business dont choose until the day the support team is changed 5. If any management team looking at this review , pls change support staff ! They lack any knowledge or experience ! Don’t let customers wait for weeks to resolve ! Really frustrated .. I know you guys don’t care customers , but don’t forget customers give you business .. I wish the entire support team get retrenched and replaced with good guys .. and hostus returns to past glory ! Till then I gotta curse and swear the current team ..

UAGood deals I work with HostUS as a LIR service, who allows to rent IPv4 and IPv6 subnets. The prices are good, the quality is excellent. Support team is friednly and never ignored my messages in the tickets. Now I rented some subnets, and use them on my hosting.

GBLow price, great performance, good support I have had a sub-rock-bottom price OpenVZ VPS with HostUS for a little over three years. In the beginning, there were some performance issues at certain times of day because of other users on the node, but in time, with quite a bit of effort on their part, the problems were resolved. Since then it's been smooth sailing, with hardly any downtime, crisp performance (slight slowdowns every once in a while), and an almost transparent conversion to OpenVZ 7, which they handled completely. My application uses very little resources, and a more demanding one might run into problems, but based on my experience, I would highly recommend HostUS for such usage.
