ZALost a 4 year old website and two… Regular server downtime over the course of 9 months I used their slow service. Lost a 4 year old website and two domains in the matter of 24 hours. Must say the best fastest service was the refund and termination of service. I would be very cautious trusting your data in their hands or rely on their customer support.

UAGood deals I work with HostUS as a LIR service, who allows to rent IPv4 and IPv6 subnets. The prices are good, the quality is excellent. Support team is friednly and never ignored my messages in the tickets. Now I rented some subnets, and use them on my hosting.

RSThe service literally became a… The service literally became a disaster, after more than five years I left them. There is no support, when their servers go down, they can be offline for five or six days, no one at support answers! Too many lost nerves for a service that practically does not work!

GBIve been with host us since 10th Dec… Ive been with host us since 10th Dec 2016, everything was great for the most part up until about Sept 2018 and odd things started happening and support tickets where taking around 2 weeks to answer. As it progressed more and more issues continued and tickets kept taking longer to resolve or answer. While their service is cheap, support has gone down the tubes in the past 6 months. Ive since moved all my vps's and in waiting for my final day, im still waiting to see if they will resolve my 2 open tickets
