Very bad servers Very bad servers, they throttle FTP connections, so even if you generate a backup via CPanel, good luck trying to download it and moving away from their crappy servers! The server interrupts the download and then you have to start over and over and over... very very crappy idea. You get what you pay for!

I spend hours and hours working with them to setup a server. I paid them a fee for a dedicated maintenance. After a days of no-response, they sent me an email telling me that they were unable to perform the task, and they canceled my account, with no more details provided.

After one hour, it showed that the activation was successful, but the link was not available, the IP always showed closed status, and I kept sending work orders to contact their customer service, but no one replied to me.
