Very bad servers Very bad servers, they throttle FTP connections, so even if you generate a backup via CPanel, good luck trying to download it and moving away from their crappy servers! The server interrupts the download and then you have to start over and over and over... very very crappy idea. You get what you pay for!

No one tried to stop it, they just let the system manage it. This is a horrible experience and they have shown no remorse over what has happened and offer no solutions.
