You get what you pay for! FBMFox is The Premium A+ software for FB Marketplace With FBMFox being focused on FB Marketplace, they smoke the competition! As a newbie on FBMP, I tried ALL available software claiming to be the best. I started w/the cheap $13 guys , very unreliable and horrible customer service! Tried the great one I used for my eBay, but not so great on FBMP! SO...7day FBMFox trial- just the research tool paid for the monthly fee in 48 hours. For me, the Customer Care and YouTube tutorials sealed the deal! The expense isn't a thought when you see the explosive return on the monthly investment!!! Bottom line,you get what you pay for👍

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. STAY AWAY They've advertised (& emailed personally) a promotion during the last Black Friday season to get 50% off subscription's, (by the way their reg. price is pretty much expensive vs others), I went ahead & subscribed using the given code, I was happy to see the price reflecting the 50% off, however their system is designed that you first get a 7 day free trial (like most company's in this line), so I was upset to see after my trial finished that I was charged the reg. price, I contacted them immediately they didn't responded normally they just first totally cancelled my subscription & then they refunded the whole amount, when i emailed them many times that I wanted to remain with my subscription but with the promised price I signed up for, the responses were very delayed & not honestly, they kept repeating the same belowny's over & over without any care & value for me, I would stay away from this company, & its in addition to many issues & problems I've faced with the site in general

Customer support sucks Customer support sucks, never received a response after I reported that repricer never worked at all. Keeps giving canned emails and do not understand and check issues.

Do not use this software Do not use this software. Repricing bugs found, and after all, they do not bother to refund your money! Beware!
