Use a different software, plenty of others.. This company has fraudulent billing practices. Please read the fine print and do not upgrade the software! They say they pro rate things but it is miscalculated and is actually near a double charge. Do not do business with this company. Use ZeeDrop, List quick or AutoDS. This company refuses to refund for their mistakes. Not to mention the software bugs out a lot and creates many issues for FB Shops in your catalog. Avoid if you can. Do not be duped by the advertising and marketing campaigns. Do not take my word for it. Down the line eventually you will see.

Amazing FB Marketplace App I knew about general drop shipping but not much about FB Marketplace drop shipping. However, the very detailed videos on the company's youtube was so detailed I was very confident in trying the software. After two weeks of use and much deeper research in alternatives, this software is easily the best on the market for FB Marketplace drop shipping. They update very frequently, respond to questions quickly, and the ease of use is very well made.

FBMFox is a SCAM I paid $249 for 12 months up front (I never should have done that). I used their software for the first month and had so many issues with it. I emailed FBMFox asking for a refund for the 11 remaining months since I used it for the first month and they never responded. I emailed them several more times and still no response. It’s been almost 2 months now and still no refund.

Don't use FBMFOX- Bad experiences! I tried to subscribe FBMFOX. I saw on my bank account $249 after 1 day. I emailed to customer service for 9 times. They said i have to choose again different plan and they will refund the remaining balance to me. I tried again they charged $69 today. Everything is only in the same week. I emailed them they said the same conversation as a previous email. I do not trust them anymore.
