GBWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. STAY AWAY They've advertised (& emailed personally) a promotion during the last Black Friday season to get 50% off subscription's, (by the way their reg. price is pretty much expensive vs others), I went ahead & subscribed using the given code, I was happy to see the price reflecting the 50% off, however their system is designed that you first get a 7 day free trial (like most company's in this line), so I was upset to see after my trial finished that I was charged the reg. price, I contacted them immediately they didn't responded normally they just first totally cancelled my subscription & then they refunded the whole amount, when i emailed them many times that I wanted to remain with my subscription but with the promised price I signed up for, the responses were very delayed & not honestly, they kept repeating the same belowny's over & over without any care & value for me, I would stay away from this company, & its in addition to many issues & problems I've faced with the site in general

GBCustomer support sucks Customer support sucks, never received a response after I reported that repricer never worked at all. Keeps giving canned emails and do not understand and check issues.
