Misleading pricing listed on plans… Misleading pricing listed on plans page. Monthly plans are listed but not actually available, when you get the checkout as it reverts an annual subscription. Contacting support gets you nowhere as they just tell you the pricing page is wrong and that annual payment is the only option. Very poor customer service.

This plugin does NOT work This thing does not even remotely work and moreover, it creates so much work trying to get it to work. The thing never connects to Twitter for any lengthy period of time. The plug in wont even connect to 11 of the sites on one platform. The Thing disconnects every few hours on another server. It stops working on a totally other server. Every morning, we have to log back in to every account and reconnect it if it even connects in the first place. I cant believe this thing is for sale and most of all, the false sense of security is awful. Nothing about this plug in works and the people that run it, blame anything else but the app itself. This is an open source work in progress to be redundant plug in and product. this is not a finished product. The fact that its for sale has got to be illegal. They cant get the free one to work 24 hours a day. Let alone a paid version which is the same thing anyway. We have paid version and we use free versions. They do not work. Not ever. The thing has never even worked one time for a full 24 hours span of time. And, this is an automated platform. that’s not automated. you have to do more work than not. Its horrible. And, their customer service or developer do NOT care about it. Trying to figure out how it works or how to get it to work has cost this company so much money and so many wasted days. Only to get to the point where it still does not work. not ever. not even one time has this worked. You want to see how pathetic this company is because they just washed their hands of it. I told you that they do NOT care. They dont care. look at this and have you ever heard of this happening ever in the history of commerce? They try to sell this thing that clearly does not work and they dont care. Kellie (Automattic) Oct 19, 2022, 16:08 UTC Hi there, Thanks for following up with that information. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do on our end as long as XML-RPC is loading a 404 error. That is something happening on your web server, so we do not have access to resolve the issue. You should be able to see the 404 error demonstrated here if you try to load the file: If our troubleshooting suggestions did not lead to resolving the issue with XML-RPC, then the next best step would be to contact your web host for further assistance. Jetpack will not be able to connect to your site until the XML-RPC file is accessible. Best, Kellie Happiness Engineer Jetpack • Akismet • VaultPress Would you like to help Jetpack become better? GARBAGE ……. Pack GARBAGE …….. took them that long to respond properly that once they did, I lost any actionable back ups to my site. Now I have to call a web person to come in in to do the fixes. Atleast £200 THANKS, Unprofessional Jet Pack

Highly disappointing After several months of signing up for backup, I don't get any backup and only get emails daily to inform me that backups could not be done. Support or contact is virtually non-existent. I have spent several nights looking for a number or chat to speak to someone but all in vain. To say the least, highly disappointing. I do not recommend

Useless customer service For some reason, my self hosted main domain has been removed from my WordPress account, but not my two self hosted subdomains. I tried reaching out to Jetpack to find out why this has happened and how to get my main domain re-added, but they refuse to do anything remotely helpful
