GBNo apps working Richard was the person that helped me he was great. I work overnight and I sleep with my TV on and whrmen nothing was working that just wasn't going to work for me .

CAThey collect your card information during chat and charge you excessively. They advertised that you could join for $1. They obtained credit card information during the chat. Then $66 was charged to the card. This is a monthly bill and I am billed every month without my knowledge. I canceled and $2 was charged to my card. This kind of business is the worst.

GBHelpful and efficient answers. It is a pleasure to use the Apple support people. I have had issues with other 'help' sites, and all I did is run around in circles. You understand what I want, give clear directions, and are very responsive. I wont mention any names, but being a large site is no excuse for confusion and misdirection. your work, is the exact opposite. Thanks again
