GBClothes Washer - Fast Spin Cycle March 1, 2024 - Clothes Washer - Fast Spin Cycle to wring out clothes, would NOT occur. Scoured the internet (YouTube) to find a solution and nothing there. Response from Just Ask was extremely fast, efficient and "spot on". When "conversing" with tech, utilized chat and NOT phone call. Tech provided part replacement info (motor control module) - $225. Where to find the part as well as a step by step video regarding removal of old and replacement with new. Tech was excellent communicator. Had one followup question and he immediately responded.

GBI had a decent experience I added o k experience other than it taking so long I had a decent experience. Although it took over 2 hours to figure out my issue.
