Installed it but can't get rid of it. Installed it, but it won't let me uninstall it. Says: "You'll need a new app to open this wondershare link Look for an app in the Microsoft Store Always use this app" This is frustrating

Great Program I've been purchasing music for over 50 years and have an eclectic taste in music. When Wondershare released TunesGo, I purchased it and now much of my huge collection resides on my Samsung cell phone that has a 512G SD card - over 75 genres of music, resides in my hand. Thank you Wondershare for this app and your assistance yesterday in transferring my files to my new cell phone.

TunesGo does not work TunesGo does not work! It only recognizes my iPod when iTunes is open. TunesGo tells you to close iTurnes and when I close iTunes TunesGo stop recognizing my iPod.

A Genuinely Warranted 5 Stars! Monica was Great It took several back and forths, to Completely Resolve the problem. But she Always got back to me, many times, in a Lot less than 24 hours. So a Genuinely Warranted 5 Stars!
