GBI've been using TunesGo since 2016 I've been using TunesGo from Wondershare to move music across devices since 2016... It's done everything I've wanted each time I use it. I've had no issue pulling music from old to new devices over the years (much of my music was ripped from old CD's, not purchased thru iTunes, so iTunes backups don't work). I've only had to contact their help desk once - turned out I just needed to install the latest version of the software to resolve my issue.

CAGreat Program I've been purchasing music for over 50 years and have an eclectic taste in music. When Wondershare released TunesGo, I purchased it and now much of my huge collection resides on my Samsung cell phone that has a 512G SD card - over 75 genres of music, resides in my hand. Thank you Wondershare for this app and your assistance yesterday in transferring my files to my new cell phone.

GBWaste of time It was a waste of my time to download this piece of kneecapped garbage. If you don't want us to use certain features without paying (your exorbitant) fees dont offer a "Free Trial." After uninstalling this dumbed down dreck I installed Syncios (which DOESN'T severely limit what you can do in the trial) and I immediately bought it because I could try and use the features they're offering

GBInstalled it but can't get rid of it. Installed it, but it won't let me uninstall it. Says: "You'll need a new app to open this wondershare link Look for an app in the Microsoft Store Always use this app" This is frustrating

GBCustomer Service I recently purchased Wondershare TunesGo. I had in the past and was very happy with it. But couldn't get it work this time and contacted customer support explaining the situation. They responded quick and took care of me. Great customer service.
