Doesn't Work I bought Wondershare Tunes go, because I've always had Macs, iPhones and iTunes, which of course work seamlessly together. Wondershare claim their app will transfer all music in iTunes INCLUDING playlists. It doesn't even transfer all tracks selected, let alone playlists. Pretty sure that nothing will - that's iTunes for you.

I do not like the software, but at least got refunded. I do not like the software, had lots of problems with it. And their support took two weeks and lots of effort to produce a REAL HUMAN ANSWER, but at the end (after posting my complaint here with one star) I got contacted by mail by a real human being and got refunded. So I change the title of this post (which originally said "fraud", to the present title, because if they refunded me, it is not a "fraud", and upgraded form on to two star, because at least they "exist" and provide a refund. Nevertheless, I keep the original text here bellow, for reference. _____________ Original Message: I believed “Wondershare” DR FONE promisses of a whatsapp backup and their declaration of "free returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order". The software is a disgrace and I asked for a refund, but have been ENTIRELY IGNORED. I reiteraited the reibursament claim 5 times, and have not yet recieved any answer. Only automated robot generic answers Here is a simple chronological list of ALL THE PROBLEMS the software caused me: 1) I purchased and installed Dr. Fone on October/07/2021 and had immediate problems: 2) It CHANGED my phone’s whatsapp version without asking permission, and left whatsapp BUGGY. 3) It CHANGED the whatsapp version I had on the PC. 4) I began immediately to have trouble connecting my PC to whatsapp 5) I began testing the ability of Dr Fone to backup Chats (and that is the main reason I needed a software). The first 3 tests did produce a pdf of the chats, but the images on the PDF where small and difficult to read. Not much better than the text file that whatsapp itself produces without cost by mail backup. 6) I wrote to the support about the unsatisfactory PDF produced, but NEVER GOT A real human answer Ps: I got robot answers of the type: [" Thank you for contacting Wondershare Support! We apologize for not being able to contact you sooner. So sorry about the issue. Would you mind sharing with us a screenshot of the issue? Just need more info to figure it out and give you a solution accordingly."] It is obviously an automatic answer, because there is no possible "screenshot' involved in the matter. 7) Then things got worse: When I was performing the 4th test the hole thing collapsed, and I would never again succeed running Dr. Fone successfully. The 4th test seemed to produce a result, but continued running until this undecipherable error message was displayed: "The deleted data has detected (this data is current not supported to restore to this device) " 8) So I again wrote to the “support” (which is in reality a FAKE SUPPORT) but got the same result, NO ANSWER. 9) My phone’s whatsapp started to FAIL, and I could not connect the PC to whatsapp anymore. 10) At this point, ALL I WANTED WAS TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE Dr. Fone had done. And I was even willing to PAY FOR IT (like if Dr. Fone was a ransomware). I didn’t care anymore about the PDF images which where my first objective with the software. If only there was “SOMEBODY” in “Wondershare” that would receive my message and help me repair the damage! So I wrote again to the support explaining all the problems and telling that IF THEY SOLVED THE PROBLEMS I would not ask for aI refund. 11) All this happened in day 1, October/08/2021, the immediate day after I had purchased the software. 12) But it seems there is NO ONE there, because I did not receive any answer. 13) On October/09/2021 I uninstalled Dr. Fone, the second day after purchase. 14) The uninstallation IS VERY BUG AND NOT CLEAN! “Wondershare” left lost folders and files in many places: C:\Users\my-user-name-which-is-not-ander\AppData\Roaming\Wondershare and others that I will not include here because contain information about my internal sys configuration. 15) Then I followed the instructions and filed a formal request for reimbursement. 16) I have received no answer so far. Today is October/22/2021. If this “company” was for real, even with their terrible product and a false support, but for real, they should AT LEAST have acknowledged my reimbursement claim. But no, simply nothing. 17) Following uninstallation I kept having problems with my phone’s whatsapp and I could not connect the PC to whatsapp, until I COMPLETELY UNINSTALLED BOTH, and restarted form zero. So, if you are considering using Dr. Fone, I would recommend, from my experience, that you do not do it. Not for free, not if someone pays you to.

Waste of time It was a waste of my time to download this piece of kneecapped garbage. If you don't want us to use certain features without paying (your exorbitant) fees dont offer a "Free Trial." After uninstalling this dumbed down dreck I installed Syncios (which DOESN'T severely limit what you can do in the trial) and I immediately bought it because I could try and use the features they're offering

They make you download and after all… They make you download and after all installation they let you transfer 10 pictures out of thousands for free.
