Bad experience Can't dele or edit photos on my phone downloaded from Dr. Fone / wondershare. They won't take calls and their chat function is horrible. Would not recommend

As of 04/2023 this software cannot… As of 04/2023 this software cannot transfer data from apps on IOS 9 or higher. I am currently using IOS 16.4.1. Considering that when trying to set up Tunesgo I was advised to be sure I had the latest version installed I see no reason to keep this software as it is obviously several years obsolete. I have now received a notice that if I do not send my personal contact info the review will be deleted. I sent the info. If this is a reputable site, the review will stand as it is factual.

I tried to export an audiobook… I tried to export an audiobook following the instructions on their website. All it does it crash. What a joke.

I've been using TunesGo since 2016 I've been using TunesGo from Wondershare to move music across devices since 2016... It's done everything I've wanted each time I use it. I've had no issue pulling music from old to new devices over the years (much of my music was ripped from old CD's, not purchased thru iTunes, so iTunes backups don't work). I've only had to contact their help desk once - turned out I just needed to install the latest version of the software to resolve my issue.

A Genuinely Warranted 5 Stars! Monica was Great It took several back and forths, to Completely Resolve the problem. But she Always got back to me, many times, in a Lot less than 24 hours. So a Genuinely Warranted 5 Stars!
