USKING OF JUNK FEES These thieves charge $2 to process each HOA payment. Unreal! None of the payment processors for my other properties charge this ridiculous junk fee. They charged this fee TWICE on the same day for payments of two items on my monthly statement.

USWe converted to TopsOne and signed up… We converted to TopsOne and signed up for the advanced Portal. Now that we're through that process its been very very difficult to get follow up responses to our questions and support for open issues. We signed up for the advanced portal and identified many issues which is preventing us from rolling it out to our clients. We've had conversations with Tops and ComWeb however progress is very slow and we still cant roll this out to our clients because its not working properly. We've sent many follow up emails with no response. I'm very disappointed and starting to look at alternatives in fear that this is the beginning of something we're not aware of. I welcome someone to contact me with solutions and actions not just talk.

USSome Good, Some Bad We have a really good relationship with our training rep, but when we ask questions beyond her expertise, we wait longer than expected for a reply. When tech does reach out they are very helpful. The software itself is not our favorite. We upgraded from their 20 year old version and so we thought we'd transition task free and that simply isn't the case. Some of our data didn't transfer, some transferred incorrectly, some of the applications require more key strokes than the older version. The one thing that has been helpful is searching for info on the system, but the reality is, we don't have to utilize that function often. All in all, I think we'd have been better off starting fresh and not transferring since it hasn't saved us time and caused much stress.

USWe have found that the TOPS Software is… We have found that the TOPS Software is making it easier for us to maintain a low deliquency rate on our accounts receivables. We also like the CCR Violation process and how it can be tailored to meet the needs of our HOA. The only drawback is that we would like to be able to run CCR Reports that generate charts and graphs. Currently TOPS One does not have this feature. The support staff has been outstanding in answering our questions and resolving tickets.
