She had the answer to every question I am was patient and empathetic when I pushed a few wrong buttons and then had to begin again. If I were your company, I would give this young lady a raise more likely a supervisory position because if you don’t, I’m a pay her more and steal her from you.

It’s ok It’s ok. Not always up to date. Phone numbers and addresses aren’t always correct and the criminal offenses are a hit or miss. It only seems to note criminal offenses from years ago, which defeats the entire purpose. Also doesn’t show active warrants, also defeating the purpose. Edit: the information provided seems to be accurate, so that is a plus. It’s just not always complete.
