GBPowerful, OSS, and possible to self-host. When compared to GitHub and a myriad of alternative competitors, all that it lacks are custom issue notification configurations. It's obviously superior otherwise.

CAFree services Free services! And quite reliable. I have nothing negative to say. There is a 1 star review here for "no support" ...why are you asking for support for a free service? They are not a charity and they do not owe you anything. Go to a forum and "support yourself". Otherwise, go to a paid service elsewhere.
