WE Love Tavoca WE Love Tavoca, the majority of our patients love the text reminders and or voicemail messages, although they do complain about the New Patient reminder when they are already an established patient . Also, when Tavoca repeatedly calls to remind the patient several times thru out the evening... I tell them you have to respond to the voicemail and or text which will then stop the reminder. at that point they ask to be taken off the list. This is a very low percentage compared to the patients who love and appreciate and depend on the reminders. We LOVE how we can Text/communicate to a patient through Tavoca, this has been a Tremendous help when trying to reach patients who do not answer their phones , the quick response is amazing , especially to the " younger generation" !! I personally appreciate your support service and the quick response we receive when needed. Thank you !

We are still having issues with… We are still having issues with multiple disciplines with patients receiving multiple texts, instead of receiving the text for the earliest appointment. They are receiving both and it has been confusing to the patients.
