USI really like the Tavoca service I really like the Tavoca service, however it does not upload my appointment reminders about 50% of the time. The support staff is amazing however and helps when they can. On the days I am unable to upload I just enter the appointments in individually.

USOur overall experience with Tavoca has… Our overall experience with Tavoca has been favorable. Unfortunately, we have been waiting several months for our "phone" module to be activated and no luck as of yet. Every time we have called, we have been getting the run around that they have been waiting on the "people who do the scripts" to finish it. Some improved customer service follow through would be great. Other than that, the system works as it should and has improved our no-show appointments.
