GBAvoid avoid avoid Sales rep promised SMS will be activated on my account in a few months - it never was. Put up with the poor platform for the year I had the contract signed for, but cancelling my account is next to impossible. Says to contact support, but support just says they will forward my account elsewhere with no sign of anything being done. Super poor practice.

USAbsolutely horrible experience Absolutely horrible experience! Rep lied to us about several issues. Told us that all of their customer service was located in the US. On our first call to CS, we reached someone in Guatemala! He couldn't find our account for a long time, finally found it with my email. We had so many problems BEFORE we ported over our lines that we got nervous about the company, so we decided not to move forward with GoTo and told them to cancel everything. The arrogant rep that sold us the service had previously boasted about being able to cancel clients if they weren't happy because he had TOTAL CONTROL over who he held to contracts and who he let out. Apparently he decided to cancel the contract, but he also decided that they would bill us $1100 for service we never received... we never even ported over the numbers from our other provider! We found out about the $1100 charge from an email from another person in a different department. I had tried contacting our rep about the charge, but he hid like a coward and avoided all my calls. I called and spoke with the person that sent the email and she was nice, but said the rep had total control on what happened and I needed to speak with sales. She obviously was aware of my frustration of being lied to about Customer Service being in the US, and she tried to convince me that Guatemala was part of their US service!!I WOW, didn't even know how to respond to that! I told her our rep was avoiding all calls, and even had sent an email stating "we do not need to connect any further"... (I'm continually shocked at his arrogance!) I told her he was avoiding my calls, and she said she would leave a message for his supervisor. I'm still waiting on her call. Extremely dishonest rep, lied to us several times, avoids calls, difficult to reach real people. When he was trying to sell us the service he said "Call anytime and he'd be happy to assist..." obviously that was a lie as well. If I could give zero stars I would. Recommend staying as far away as possible from GoTo, they have no ethics whatsoever!

DEGDPR Deletion request ignored Says they deleted my data, I received a newsletter a few days later even though they said my request was completed. I am an EU citizen and this behavior is illegal here.

GBAbsolute sham of a company Trying to cancel the autorenew option on this product but neither the site admin portal nor the wretched bot-driven chat provided the help I needed. Attempted this last year too with equal success. As another user stated, avoid this nightmare company and consider a competitor.
